I'm not exempting anyone from this, and I've decided you lose 2 votes if a case of red repping over a vote is discovered. I will let this slide from the ones brought to my attention now but I make it clear that from here on a red rep=2 lost votes for your team. Really there is no need to rep based on a tournament that is supposed to be for fun, but tdigle put it down in the rules for no red repping, so I will take it a step further to enforce that rule. So it's a double jeopardy thing, you red rep someone, you lose two votes and if you make it to the next round, you probably won't get that person's vote.
