Meh, been there done that, they won't give me the authority to fire the stupid lazy bastards so I have to just make their lives miserable until they quit, thing is if they would just get off their asses, I would do everything in my power to get them more responsibility which would lead to more money for them, it's too bad kids these days just have zero work ethic, and think everything should be handed to them

See, the funny thing is that not only is he older than me, I have absolutely NO authority over him whatsoever. I'm not a supervisor or anything. I've only worked there a month longer than him.

I'm not a supervisor either, I have two people above me that I answer to, when they're not around then I'm the one running the asylum so to speak, I would most likely turn down a supervisor spot if they offered one to me, it's way to stressful, and I deal with enough crap throughout the day as is
I flip out on one girl today, dumb bitch came back from an hour long lunch break late, then after she got her coat off, she decides to wonder off, 10 minutes later she returns with plate full of pizza from the break room (the same break room she has to enter to punch back in from lunch), then she sets her pizza down, and it's off to the bathroom for one of her many 20 min. bathroom breaks she makes throughout the day, then she finally comes back from the bathroom, and grabs her phone and starts texting all her friends or some shit, this is the part where I finally lost my fucking mind and flipped out on her, it wasn't pretty
This girl may be the dumbest human being I have ever met, she literally asked if she could pay her phone bill with a check or cash, if Pepsi had suger in it, and then once even stated that even if she failed her classes she'd still pass them, this girl makes me want to do this -->

Cell phones at work drive me banana sangwich. On break, it's fine. But otherwise, it needs to stay in the pocket unless you're checking the time or using the calculator. And I am guilty of occasionally pulling mine out, but only if I am receiving a message. If it's a call, I don't answer. If it's a txt, I only respond with "K" or "I'm at work".

And then I asked a girl who called him why she might be titled "Bag" on his contacts list. She also wanted to know why she would be called "Bag" on his contacts list. And then he quit.

Where I work there are four or five of us that are allowed to use our phones, and only for work related shit
that's classic I may have to try this next time, I think I just yelled at her to put her phone away or I would shove it down her throat among, not sure I was pretty pissed at the time and don't remember everything said, the really bad thing with this girl is that she works with her BF, and the two of them are all over each other all day long, it get really fucking annoying, I can't even remember how many times they've been told to leave the PDA at homejustinsayne

I do no work at work. And I'm texting constantly. but that's because all of my jobs are incredibly easy.
I can vouch for this.
Is it a good job? If not then then that guy had the right idea. You should save your energy by doing nothing in a poorly paid job.

Let's put it this way; You would be an idiot to pay him any more than he already gets paid. He is worthless.
And I work at the busiest, most profitable Starbucks in the state of Connecticut (It's true, I saw the earnings statements), so there is definitely no time to be chatting on the phone. I don't care about that stuff at easy jobs, or on the late shifts when there's nothing to do. But I work at a coffee shop that's right off I-84, a major highway, and there's no time for it, and I will not tolerate that kind of shit on my shift.

This sounds to me like a playground crush... Justin doesn't kno hy he gets so mad at her, but we all know it's that he doesn't like the way he makes his heart go all of a flutter. <3
