Run Fat Boy Run was the best new film I saw all last year. Yes, I only saw There Will Be Blood and No Country For Old Men this year.

Transformers was shit.

While I'm at it, Quantum of Solace was a bit shit. Probably could I'd already seen most of the fucking movie before going in.

You know, I saw this thread and after Papa Shango made his comment, I checked out the trailer and this movie does look amazing. I went to Best Buy today to see if they had it, but no luck, so I just ordered it off of Amazon.

Also, Michael Pitt is a hell of an actor. I've seen him in a few things now and he's great. I'm sure he delivers in this film.

Transformers was shit.

Transformers is great. I don't know what people expected from a film about big robots beating the shit out of each other. If it was serious then it would have turned out like Hulk. It was one of the funniest films of last year.

I want that. Instead, I got Even Stevens and the final fight lasted all of two seconds. Bollocks.

The final fight was preceded by a big fight.

Watch it as if it's a comedy Sam. You'll appreciate it more. The only person who plays it straight is Jon Voight and the main evil Transformer.

Works for Spider-Man 3. I watch series for comedy though, never films. I only went so see Run Fat Boy Run because there was nothing else on.

I did laugh at that though. The Simpsons movie was just painfully unfunny - it was like watching a stand up comedian flop for an hour and a half.
