12/10 Impact LD

If Hogan gets rid of Neal, I'll definitely lighten up on him.

That would be awesome KB.

There are a few others TNA needs to get rid of. They have a few useless wrestlers on the roster. But if they want to still have the same amount of people then they should replace them with actual...wait for it...good wrestlers!!!

Maybe because the Foley shareholder angle will be completely and totally irrelevant once Hogan comes in and everyone knows he's the new authority figure/shareholder?

Last time I checked he wasn't replacing AJ Styles with Jerry Saggs.

You can't sit here straight faced, and say nothing is going to change. Big things are going to be changed, and if not right away, within a few weeks/months.

Poor form NSL, poor form.

I didn't see that until you pointed it out, and I chuckled a bit.

Starrcade 97. Hogan HAS to look good when he should have gotten squashed.

He really didn't look that good in that match at all. He won by a fast-count and then tapped out to Sting's finisher. Starrcade 97 may be the most blown out of proportion event in wrestling history. WCW was perfectly fine afterwards, they didn't lose massive ratings or members of their fanbase, WCW continued going on very strong until around 1999.

Jan 98. Hogan HAS to get the title back off Nash because we can't have Goldberg or anyone not named Hogan keep it.

98-99. Hogan HAS to main event every show with the same bullshit he's been doing for years while the young guys are saving every show.

And once he leaves the main event, the ratings plummet.

BATB 99: Hogan and Russo combine to make the title look even stupider than it was before.

Did I mention fucking up the biggest night in WCW's history because Hogan wanted to make sure he looked strong against Sting when there was zero, and I mean zero justification for anything other than Sting kicking his ass in about 5 minutes?

A five minute squash? That would've been even worse.

Hogan did not kill WCW in any shape, way, or form. He had absolutely ZERO to do with the inner workings of the company, it's finances, or anything remotely important other than he had creative control over his character.

Hogan didn't kill WCW. The only person that killed WCW was Vince McMahon.

Well you need guys to be jobbers, but you don't need to bring in new people to do that with. Guys like Kip James, Kiyoshi, Deaner and Rhyno can be the jobbers.

X, what the hell are you on tonight, because i want some of it.

How in the hell does Hogan dominating Sting for the majority of the match and strutting down to the ring after running scared from him when he had an army for the better part of a year make anything resembling sense? Hogan acted like he was going to fight Lash Leroux, not the savior of WCW. Why the fast count? Why do they have to do a screwjob, other than to keep Hogan from looking weak?

I guess of all the guys in this match, Jessie Neal needs the credibility the most. Can't really complain about that too much (thought he should probably have pinned Suicide).

He only needs credibility because he's awful

He's smoking the really good stuff...Or huffing on his tailpipe...

He could've got it at the PPV by stealing a win for his team after being eliminated...

They need jobbers though...

Oh, they'll still have jobbers. I was looking at their roster page and there are some veterans that can be jobbers. At least some of them have more credibility...than Deaner for example.

Or they could use local jobbers plus the ones they already have. Honestly, it wouldn't hurt to get rid of or replace some of the guys they have.

Considering they don't leave Orlando, "local" jobbers would get boring after 3 weeks.

He's worked an entire singles match in TNA... how the fuck do we know?
He looks awful I'll grant, but he's done nothing in the ring to suggest he's less than competent.

I didn't say it made sense or was even very good booking, but it certainly wasn't the death of WCW and I'm getting kind of sick of people acting like it was. Newsflash: WCW continued to beat the WWF in ratings for the next five months after that. That was not what killed WCW.

I don't get the big deal about it personally. Hogan screws Sting with a fast count, and then the match is restarted and he TAPS OUT to Sting's finisher. Yeah, it's not a completely clean finish by any means, but Hogan still tapped out cleanly to Sting. I don't get why people act like Hogan took a dump on Sting's head and then pinned him with his pinky toe.

Tomko? Fucking lame, he's fucking awful, get him away from TNA.

Oh yes. It's time. IT'S TIME.
