Your Favorite WWF/E Theme Song

Gwumusic10
Throughout the history of the WWE there have been many memorable theme songs.....Ones that got the biggest reactions from the crowd whether they were cheered or booed.

When you post include your top 3 favorite theme songs and your most favorite memory of this superstar.

Mine would be as followed:

1. The Undertaker/Ministry of Darkness......This theme song had evil and badass written all over it.....When his theme hit and you heard him speaking in tongue and the electric guitars playing the evil tune you knew something sinister was about to happen.

My favorite memory of the Undertaker is the promo he did on Kane right before Wrestlemania where he walked through the fires of hell.

2. Road Warriors (Legion of Doom)/AAAAAAAAH WHAT A RUSH!!

My favorite thing about LOD was their entrance and also their feud with the New Age Outlaws.

3. Stone Cold Steve Austin/Glass Shatters

Everyone knew when you hear the glass it's your ass.......Favorite SCSA moment would be the first time he ever stunned Vince McMahon which revolutionized the face of Sports Entertainment...I like to call that the Stunner heard around the world.

There ya have it those are mine...What are yours?

My favorite WWE/F entrance music of all time is without a doubt,

1. The Ultimate Warrior - when his music hits, it gets your blood pumping waiting on him to break out of the curtains to an all out spring to the ring.

My favorite moment was we he came in and faced Ravishing Rick Rude at Summerslam

2. The Rock - IF YOU SMEEEEELLLL!...what the Rock...you know the rest.
There are so many moments that I can't really pick out one. He's my all time favorite wrestler so I had to get his theme music

3. John Cena - Believe it or not, his entrance music is one of my favorites. It gets the most reaction of any Superstar in the business today. The biggest pop I ever remember was when he originally got drafted to RAW and he came out of the back. He damn near blew the roof off of the arena.

1. Eddie Guerrero's Lie, Cheat, and Steal Theme. His Music Would Always Make The Crowd Pop Loud !!

2.I would Say The Rocks, It instantly begins Too Electrify the Crowd.

3. I would have too say Kurt Angle's WWE theme it always had a big YOU SUCK reaction :)

1. Rick Rude - gotta love the porno sax music, with a porno mustache to match... lol

2. The Rock - the earlier one that started of with "Do you smell what the rock is cooking" then that guitar riff before the music

3. Tie - Evolution's music was great and I liked the titantron that showed them walking from the chopper and getting closer and closer to the screen.... It's a tie because I just couldn't leave out HBK's "Sexy Boy" theme, preferabley the one that Sherri Martel sung... I am surprised that on one else has mentioned Micheal's music

1- Stone Cold Theme - Disturbed "Glass Shatters".
Like you said, once you hear the glass break, you imediatley know someone's getting his ass whooped.

2- Undertaker Theme - Limp Bizkit "Keep Rollin'"
That describes the american badass.

3- The Rock Theme - "Know Your Role"
"If you smellll....What the rock...is cooking" afte that you can feel the electricity in the air while the great one making his way to the ring.

Stone Cold -The greatest and possible most instantly recognisable intro to an entrance theme.
No better moments than a group heel beat down on a face while the 'Austin' chants get louder and loud, anticipating the moment the glass finally breaks. Superb!

-"Do you smell what the Rock is cooking?" Late nation, early solo, corporate Rock is one of my favourites of all time. Kind of lost his magic for me by 2000 when the expensive shirts and sideburns went, but this theme was just pure awesome.

Undertaker - Any theme apart from the biker era. Chilling.

Kane's original. Those organs and the red lighting. Captured the mood of his tortured soul perfectly.

Other notable mentions - Hulk Hogan (Real American, Big Bossman (security), Al Snow (what does everybody want), HHH (My time). HBK (sexy boy), Million Dollar Man.

I think the top 3 entrance music themes which electrified the crowd, not in any particular order would be:

* Undertaker's graveyard theme/ ministry theme/ dead-man theme (not the bad-a** or big evil ones)
* Stone Cold Steve Austin's glass-breaking theme
* The Rock's theme

Honourable mention: DX Theme

Out of these, I would vote for Undertaker's ministry theme as the best. It suited his character SO much, it definitely felt Satanic and like there was something wrong that was going to happen.

If he uses the ministry theme at Wrestlemania 28 (of course he won't), I'll go so crazy that I'll die ;-)

1. Shawn Michaels (Sexy Boy) my favorite superstar of all-time but i just loved his music as soon as i hit i knew who was coming and i knew i was in for a great match or a great promo....my favortie memory of shawn....hmmm this is a tough one i got alot of them but i think ill go with the time he returned on raw and attacked orton in the ring.

2. Triple H (The Game/King Of Kings tied) i love both of these themes and sense their for the same superstar im making it a tie 1 of the best to ever lace up a pair of boots...my favorite memory of hunter hmmm id have to say when he formed Evlolution!

3. Stone Cold (glass shatter) as soon as his music hit you knew someone was gonna get an ass kicking! my favorite memory would have to be when he "shot" vince in the middle of the ring and made vince "piss his pants" :lmao:

1. CM Punk (This Fire Burns): Cult of Personality is good, but I loved this song. It fits perfectly with Punk, and I love Killswitch Engage.

2. Christian (Close Your Eyes): This song fits Christian to a T. Combined with the fact that it's an awesome rock song, I love it. (I'm talking about the male-sung one. The female-sung one sucked, IMO).

3. Undertaker: I don't know the name, but I don't care. When you heard that dong, you knew a good match was going to happen.

I guess you could say...this was the perfect theme. Favorite Mr. Perfect moment:Summerslam 91' against Bret Hart, maybe one of the greatest matches of all time.

Oh you didn't know???? Your Ass better CAAALLLLL somebodaaaaaaay!! Great theme, rocking song!! Favorite New Age Outlaw moment: Parody of Nation of Domination on Monday Night Raw 1997 I think...

Got to put Dude Love on here. It's more funny than great I have to admit. Mick Foley dressed in hippy garb and spandex doing the shimme is hilarious. Favorite Dude Love moment. His debut on Monday Night Raw...Stevo baby, it's me dude love and I'm here to save the day, oooowwwww have Mercy!!

Good wrestling theme songs aren't normally good songs. As great as they are for wrestling, I wouldn't go out of my way to listen to a Jim Johnston creation. Likewise, the mainstream songs which WWE uses are normally by shitty, generic rock or metal bands. Cult Of Personality by Living Colour, however, breaks that mould. Great tune, great lyrics, great band.

Remember when Vince McMahon originally introduced Eric to the crowd as the new General Manager, and out of nowhere after a moment of silence came the loud, "I'M BACK... And better than ever!" That is why the theme is so good, that one moment in time it has forever been a memory of mine.

Pretty easy question to answer :)

1. This Fire Burns - Killswitch Engage (CM Punk)
Fave moment: When he cashed in his first money in the bank on Edge. Edge's face was priceless.

2. Metallingus - Alterbridge (Edge)
Fave moment: When he speared everyone in the MITB match at Wrestlemania 23 :icon_biggrin:

3. No More Words - Endeverafter (Jeff Hardy)
Fave Moment: When he beat Edge for the WHC at Extreme Rules '09
