All that is Gold...

We see all of the Championships in WZCW lined up together, side by side in a dark room.

Does not glitter...

We then the smiling faces of 5 WZCW Champions standing together, side by side. John Constantine stands to the foreground, flanked by Eve Taylor and Kagura Ozhora, and then Cerberus further back; all of whom have their respective Championships over their shoulders.

Not all those who wonder are lost...

We then cut to a picture of Dorian Slaughter and Veejay doing battle in slow motion. The camera then slowly cuts to a picture of Ty Burna and Mikey Stormrage battling throughout their historic battles. It ends with Mikey pinning John Constantine to secure his Championship shot.

The old that is strong...

We then cut to a picture of Daddy Mack during his retirement speech a few weeks ago. There is a smile upon his face for now. We then see a picture of Chris KO before the brutal chair attack from James Howard.

Does not wither...

We then cut to a picture of Acutus cutting off Daddy Mack and then, finally, James Howard attacking him; the steel chair making contact with his back.

Deep roots are not reached...

We see the entirety of Cerberus and Eve Taylor standing together with their hands raised high into the air. We then see a montage of their illustrious accomplishments over the last few months. Finally, we see Kagura Ozhora winning the Elite X Championship.

By the frost...

We then see S.H.I.T and Hazarded stand nose to nose with Cerberus, Theron Daggershield slug it out with Eve Taylor, and finally, elegANT taking on Kagura Ozhora.

Traditional pyro and fireworks go off as the theme song of WZCW Gold Rush blares around the arena. The fans are on their feet, their signs held high above their heads. The camera spins around in a typical way before settling on the beautiful stage of the arena.

Copeland: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the first annual Gold Rush PPV! It is an honour to be emanating from the All-State Arena in Chicago on a warm April night. I am Sebastian Copeland and I am joined at ringside by Jack Cohen and Cat Connor! What a night we have in store for everyone...

Connor: And what a night it has already been!

Copeland: Absolutely, Cat. We'll get to that in a little bit, and I am feeling okay. But I am more excited about the astonishingly superb card we have on offer tonight.

Cohen: It's going to be a game-changing night in WZCW, no doubt about it. Champions will be tested and perhaps dethroned, new challengers will rise, and WZCW will never be the same again. This much I can absolutely promise you.

Copeland: Well, let's take you back to what happened only about 5 minutes ago on the pre-show...

The camera cuts backstage to see a scene of complete mayhem. In the foreground, the absolutely stunned features of Sebastian Copeland can be seen resting against a wall; his mouth ajar as he looks down the corridor as a massive fight. What looks like three or four men are scrapping some way down the corridor but their faces cannot be made out just yet. The cameraman cautiously moves towards the scene as we finally see the face of the WZCW Heavyweight Champion John Constantine fight valiantly against two others. He nails them with some stiff shots before picking up one of the men and looking to take him out with the AXIS OF EVIL! But the other man blasts him with a shot to the back that staggers the Champion as the two men round on him. Both men begin to stomp, punch and kick at the Champion before the numbers game finally begins to take over. With the Champion on the stone floor, one of the men picks him up and thrusts him towards the other. With no hesitation, the masked man performs a move that we have all become too familiar with lately... DESICRATION ANNIHILATION! The thus of Constantine hitting the stone floor sends a chilling echo around the empty halls. The man pulls his mask off to reveal none other than Ty Burna; a sick smile on his features. As some referee's make their way up the corridor, the other man removes his mask to reveal Dorian Slaughter. He locks in the Angel of Death, Dorian Slaughter! Slaughter wastes no time in locking in the TOMB OF THE MUTILATED as referee struggle to undo his grip from the World Champion! Suddenly the feed cuts out to the yells of the referees and officials.
Connor: What a horrible attack from what's left of the Elite. From what we are hearing, the WZCW Champion will not be able to compete here tonight.

Cohen: What!?

Copeland: Right, John Constantine is currently being transported to the nearest medical facility and it is thought he suffered a concussion and some broken ribs at the least at the hands of Ty Burna and Dorian Slaughter. Which of course means we will have a new World Champion tonight. If that's not enough to get you interested, what we have next will...

Backstage we see The Beard. Packing his bags in his locker. He looks on, saddened. He turns and finds Matt Tastic standing by him.

Tastic: Hey. I heard you had to leave.

Beard looks on in awkward silence.

Tastic:
Listen. I know you and I had a rough past. But nevermind all that. Any time someone leaves this place it's like all of us losing a brother.

Matt pats Beard on the shoulder.

Tastic: We'll miss you. We'll all miss you. Best of luck in your future endeavors. And may your journey lead you back here, brother.

Matt leaves and then Theron steps in as Beard goes out the hallway. He also pats Beard on the shoulder.

Theron: May our paths cross again, brave warrior. I truly enjoyed our battles and look forward to more.

Beard keeps on walking and runs into Hard Metal Penetration.

SHIT: This one detects.... the feels.

Alhazred: It's a cruel, cruel world out there. Our punches and body slams will always be here to comfort you.

Beard walks on. A bit confused. He then meets up with Mikey Stormrage.

Mikey:We aren't done wrestling each other, man. We need to do it again. Make sure it happens.

Beard keeps on walking as more wrestlers salute him. As he's about to exit the building, he turns.

Beard: Thank you. Everyone.

We go backstage where Johnny Klamor is ready in the interviewing area, being accompanied by Oleg Rasputin & Victor Makarov as well as their manager, Freddie. Klamor smiles as he starts.

Klamor: Earlier tonight on the pre-show, the intended Battle Royale became a Triple Threat when the two of you decided to not participate. Any reason as to why you decided against wrestling tonight?

Freddie steps forward, ready to answer.

Freddie: Whilst Rasputin & Makarov love to compete in the ring and showcase exactly what men bred from the motherland are capable of doing, it wasn't in our best interests. What's in our best interests is fighting as a team and becoming the best team in WZCW.

Klamor: So what you're saying is that you want to go after the Tag Team championships?

Freddie: Let's just say we are watching the Ladder match tonight.

Freddie, Oleg & Victor leave the scene.

Harrys: The following match is scheduled for one fall!

Daddy Mack comes out onto the stage to a roar from the crowd.

Harrys: Introducing first from Boise, Idaho, weighing 280 pounds, Daddy Mack!

Mack climbs into the ring with much of the first couple rows bowing to him and the entire arena on their feet.

Copeland: Daddy Mack has made it clear that tonight will be his last match, and the crowd is giving the legend the respect he deserves.

Suddenly, the lights go out completely. After a few moments, they come back up with a chair-wielding man standing behind Mack.

Connor: That must be Acutus!

Daddy turns around and eats a steel chair to the face. He drops hard to the mat where Acutus swings wildly with the chair, connecting with the legend’s back over and over. Finally, he stops and waits in a corner, growling at referee Elizabeth Prince to ring the bell. Mack, with a trickle of blood running down his face, crawls to the ropes and pulls himself to his feet, nodding his head to indicate that he wants the match to happen.

Cohen: Now this is how you make a name for yourself in a debut!
Copeland: I can’t believe you’re defending something as disgusting as this, Jack.

The bell rings as soon as Daddy stands, and immediately Acutus wedges the chair in the ropes behind him. He walks over to Mack to whip him into the chair, but Mack is able to stop himself just before crashing. Acutus charges in for a tackle, but Daddy ducks, sending Acutus face-first into the chair. The referee signals that it is not a disqualification, as Mack didn’t introduce the chair nor did he throw Acutus into it. The crowd roars again for the legend, and it seems to energize him. Acutus turns once more to face Mack, and is lifted for the Big Mack! He summons just enough strength to connect with the move, dropping Acutus to the mat. Daddy Mack points to the corner, as the Allstate Arena’s roof is barely hanging on. Mack lifts himself to the second rope, and flies off with the Mack Attack!

1…2…3!

Harrys: Your winner, Daddy Mack!

Copeland: Acutus kicked out just after three, but it doesn’t matter. The legend had one last trick in his book, and it was enough to win his retirement match.

Daddy rolls over and grabs the chair, just to ensure that his opponent leaves peacefully. He is reluctant but once Acutus does, referee Prince raises Mack’s hand one final time.

THANK YOU DADDY *CLAP CLAP CLAPCLAPCLAP*

Connor: For someone like Daddy Mack to be wrestling in this business for such a long time, it must feel good to end on a high note.

Cohen: It's something I was never able to experience and for that, I'm jealous of Daddy Mack. However, I'm proud that one of the last gunslingers in our industry gets to ride off into the sunset with a happy ending. Congratulations Mack, you will be missed.

Copeland: Jack, are you... crying?

Cohen: They're tears of joy, Seabass! *sniff*

Daddy Mack celebrates in the ring one last time before exiting, interacting with the fans on the way up the ramp who give him a big cheering ovation.

Connor: One has to wonder - what happens with Acutus?

**********************************

In their own locker room, the Three Heads of Cerberus are getting ready for their respective championship matches. Flex is training, Ramparte is mentally preparing and Eve is putting on the last of her elaborate wrestling attire for the evening.

Eve: This is a special moment. All three of us heading into tonight with gold around our waists. This could never happen again.

Flex pops up from the floor, looking to console Eve.

Flex: Don't say that, Eve! I have full confidence that we'll all be walking out as champions tonight, no matter what!

Eve turns around.

Eve: It's great to hear you're ready for tonight, Flex. However, I will ask for one thing: I want to go out there alone and win this one by myself. Can you honour that for me?

Flex nods.

Flex: Only if you grant us the same.

Eve nods. The two smile at each other until Ramparte stands up and puts a hand on both Flex & Eve.

Ramparte: Whatever happens, we still have each other.

Ramparte stands back and places hand on heart.

Ramparte: Hail Cerberus!

Flex & Eve do the same.

Flex & Eve: Hail Cerberus!

We cut to Stacey Madison standing by with Gozaburo-san and Elite X Champion, Kagura Ohzora. She raises the microphone up to her lips.

Madison: Guys, in just a few moments you will be going out to the ring to defend the Elite X Championsip against elegANT. What is going through your minds?

Gozaburo pauses for a moment as he looks rather moved by the question. However, he coldly responds.

Gozaburo: Enough talking... We've talked enough. Kagura's critics have talked enough. Tonight, Kagura will say everything that needs to be said in the ring. ANT is a good man, but there can only be one champion. Thank you.

Gozaburo and Kagura bow as they exit the interview area. Stacey Madison looks at the camera as a way to deal with the tension. The camera fades out.

Tale of the Tape
• Kagura became Elite X Champion by defeating Victor Makarov on Meltdown 114
• elegANT earned this opportunity by defeating The Beard on Ascension 91
• This is the first title defense for Kagura and first title opportunity for elegANT

The crowd goes into a frenzy at the sound of a familiar tune.

elegANT runs out of the gorilla position full of moxie and energy. The crowd feeds off that energy as he tips his tophat to the roaring universe that surrounds the squared circle. He grips his suit coat and cane as he makes his way down the entrance ramp and connects with high fives and handshakes.

Connor: elegANT has been one of the most beloved stars in WZCW since his debut at the Lethal Lottery last year. Tonight he rebounds off a tough loss in the Gold Rush tournament to take on Kagura Ohzora for the Elite X Championship.

Copeland: Not only that, but he had to earn the opportunity to face Kagura by beating recent Kingdom Come main-eventer, Beard.

Connor: Would you just listen to this roaring crowd here in Chicago. They sure do love elegANT.

Copeland: You can’t deny that, CC. Can you, Jack?

Cohen: That’s what you would like me to do, isn’t it Seabass? You’d like me to admit that elegANT has accomplished something by beating The Beard and getting a shot at the Elite X Title? Yeah, right. The fact of the matter is that he lost the Gold Rush tournament. The fact of the matter is that Kagura Ohzora is going to wrestle circles around him tonight. He is a gimmick. He is what we like to call in the biz, “comic relief.” Hopefully we can put all this ANT hype to rest tonight. Just like it should have been put to rest when Veejay should have won at Revolution.

Connor: We didn’t mean to make you so heated, Jack.

Cohen: Well, I’m just tired of this silly charade. There should be real competitors competing for championships, not sideshow freaks.

elegANt is now in the ring, shaking the referee’s hand.

Copeland: Well, despite what you think Jack, elegANT is here on PPV, live in Chicago, and is facing Kagura Ohzora for the Elite X Championship.

Connor: Speaking of!

Kagura comes out to a special themed entrance. Cherry blossom petals fall from the ceiling down on to the entrance stage as a thick mist covers the stage itself. She comes out with her gohei streamer in one hand and the Elite X Title draped over the arm of her vacant hand. Gozaburo-san is out in front of her as they walk out with mystique and confidence. The crowd awes at her mystical entrance, but they are notably less vocal for her as they were for ANT.

Connor: Guys, Kagura’s honor as a wrestler, but more importantly as a champion, has been a hot topic for her critics as of late.

Copeland: It certainly hasn’t been easy for her since becoming Elite X Champion. She was litterally just a hair behind Eve Taylor in becoming our first ever woman singles champion, but she has had to live in that shadow of Eve Taylor ever since missing that opportunity.

Cohen: Not only that, but she just can’t seem to win as champion. Cerberus used her as an example of their strength this cycle. Flex Mussel beat her, and then Eve Taylor beat her last round. She’s lucky she didn’t face Ramparte.

Copeland: I just have to say that it will be an absolute shame if Kagura loses here tonight and is not able to claim a single victory as a champion. After all the hard work that women have had to do in this company to prove themselves as equals to their male counterparts, Kagura has just fallen flat so far.

Connor: You bring up an excellent point. Kagura is not just fighting to retain tonight, she is fighting to validate everything she worked for. She is fighting to prove that she her victory and capturing of the Elite X Championship was not a fluke. She’s fighting for the Amber Warrens, Isabel Stones, Aubrey Sloans, and even Eve Taylor to an extent.

Kagura is in the ring now as she bows on each side of the ring. elegANT watches this as he stands in a corner with his entrance attire now shed. The champion’s music finally dies down as Kagura hands her gohei to Gozaburo through the ropes, outside the ring. She pulls the Elite X Title off her shoulder and looks at it. She presses it against her forehead before handing it over to the referee. We see the ring announcer, Truman Harrys, step into the ring.

Connor: Honor, integrity, respect. Those are qualities that Kagura possesses. But so does her opponent here tonight. She does not stand opposed to an evil, but a man of high caliber. A man who rivals her good qualities. This is not a storied battle of good vs. bad, but a test of good vs. good.

Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen, the following match is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the WZCW Elite X Championship!

Harrys lets the crowd pop in anticipation of the first title match of the night before continuing.

Harrys: Introducing first, the challenger, from the lap of luxury, weighing 179 pounds, the gentlemanly insect and friend to all, elegANT!

The crowd goes wild at ANT’s introduction. ANT jumps up and down in his corner as he waves at the crowd.

Harrys: And the defending Elite X Champion, from Ise, Mie, Japan weighing 160 pounds, Kagura Ohzora!

The crowd cheers as well for the Elite X Champion as she bows to them. The referee hands the belt off to a ringside official before getting one last check from each of the competitors. After receiving confirmation, he signals for the bell.

The crowd is buzzing as ANT and Kagura step out of their respective corners. They meet in the middle and ANT offers out a hand for a shake. Kagura bows in response. ANT politely responds to her customs with a bow in return. The two begin to get serious as they each extend a hand for a strength versus strength lock up. As soon as they grab hands, Kagura twists and turns it into an armbar. She wrenches the arm behind ANT as he groans in pain. She only does this for a few seconds before twisting back in front of ANT and then whipping him towards some nearby ropes. ANT’s momentum carries him into the ropes and returning to the defending Elite X Champion. Kagura goes for a shuffle side kick, but ANT catches it. He spins Kagura around and grapples her from behind. He lifts her up and back for an elbow suplex, but Kagura uses the momentum to flip herself back on her feet.

ANT is unprepared as Kagura uses the quick reversal to grab ANT from behind. She lifts ANT up for a saito suplex. The manuever lands and Kagura gets the first strike of the night. ANT winces in pain on the ring mat as Kagura quickly jumps up to her feet. She catches ANT trying to climb to his feet and grabs him by the torso as she drives her knees into his midsection. She delivers a good half-dozen before finally letting ANT catch his breath. However, Kagura’s grace is only temporary as she pulls ANT up to his feet. She grabs onto one of his arms and flips him over her with a judo throw. ANT lands firmly onto his back on the ringmat. Kagura releases the arm she used to flip ANT over with and runs to the nearest set of ropes. She bounces off and returns to elegANT with a running knee drop onto his upper-torso. ANT eats it and grabs his chest, but he quickly finds his arms pushed down onto his sides as Kagura makes the first cover of the match. The referee drops down for the count,

KICK OUT!

Cohen: This match is electric. Lighting fast!

Connor: Kagura is showing what the Elite X division is all about. Young hungry competitors with loads of talent.

Copeland: That’s right, CC. The Elite X division is where the young quick talent come to hone their craft. For awhile it really played second fiddle to the EurAsian as far as mid-card titles go, but the likes of Matt Tastic, S.H.I.T. and Constantine really upped the prestige by fighting over the felt this last year. Now, it is viewed as an equal stepping stone onto something greater. Constantine proved that if you can dominate a division that your opportunity will come.

Cohen: And he seized that opportunity by winning the WZCW World Heavyweight Championship!

After the failed attempt, Kagura pulls ANT back up to his feet. She pushes back the dazed superstar into a turnbuckle. She mounts ANT on the second rope and begins driving a series of elbow strikes down onto his face. Kagura is too fast for the crowd to count along. Finally, Kagura jumps down off the ropes and runs to the opposite corner. She turns to face ANT on the otherside and then flings herself out of the corner. She runs full force into ANT with a flying knee strike, BUT NO! ANT ducks rolls out of the way. Kagura’s knee hits the turnbuckle. She grabs it as she hops down from her failed attempt. She hops on one leg as she turns around to a charging ANT. He leaps up and nails a crossbody onto her. He stays on for a pin attempt,

KICK OUT!

The pin hardly gets anything as Kagura pushes ANT off of her. She rolls away and climbs to her feet, but ANT is two steps ahead. He is perched on top of the turnbuckle that Kagura had him pinned in moments ago. Kagura has no time to react as she catches ANT jumping off with a missle dropkick aiming right for her upper-torso. Kagura eats it and drops down with a thud. The crowd is absolutely buzzing over the action in the ring.

Connor: This crowd is loving this!

ANT gingerly returns to his feet as Kagura has managed to roll over on to her stomach. She grabs at her shoulder from where ANT landed his dropkick. She gets to all fours when ANT approaches her. He grabs one of her arms and spins himself around it to maneuver Kagura in a la magistral pin attempt out of nowhere! The referee quickly reacts,

KICK OUT!

Copeland: elegANT with a close two count!

The crowd gasps at the close-call as Kagura kicks out of the sneaky pin attempt. ANT can’t believe it as he grabs his head and mask in despair. He finally snaps out of it and climbs to his feet. He grabs the dazed Kagura off the ground and pulls her up with her back facing him. He grapples her back and elbow for an elbow suplex! BUT NO. Kagura won't let it happen as she slings a couple elbow strike back at ANT. The blows cause ANT to release the hold and stagger backwards. Kagura tries to take advantage of the situation with an improved running forearm smash at ANT, but he ducks and runs underneath it. Kagura catches her self after the missed attempt and runs after ANT, but it's a trap! As she follows ANT to the ropes, ANT performs a handspring that sends him bouncing off the ropes and back into a back elbow that connects to the chest of Kagura! ANT lands on his rear after the delivered blow, but he quickly spins up to his feet. He grabs the arm of the dazed grounded Kagura and pulls her up. He flips her around and grapples her body and elbow from behind for another elbow suplex. THIS TIME IT CONNECTS!

Kagura lands on her back with a thud. She groans in pain as she reaches underneath her back in a lying position. ANT gets back up to his feet again. He peers down at the grounded defending champion. He then looks out to the crowd for a pop. He nods his head and runs over to a nearby turnbuckle. He ascends up it to the cheers from the crowd as Kagura lays rather lifelessly a few feet away.

Connor: Kagura better move before-

The crowd joins ANT as he yells out, “Good Day, Madam!” He then leaps off the top turnbuckle as he retracts and then spreads his limbs for a frog splash style finisher! THE MOVE LANDS! The crowd goes nuts as Gozaburo grabs his head in disbelief outside of the ring. ANT hooks one of Kagura’s legs as the referee drops down for the count,

KICK OUT!

The crowd lets out a gasp as Kagura kicks out at the last minute.

Copeland: Kagura kicks out of elegANT’s finisher! I don’t believe it!

Connor: ANT went for it early, but it wasn’t enough!

Cohen: Wow!

elegANT shakes his head in somewhat of disbelief, but also admiration for his opponent. He takes awhile to recover from the excitement of the close-call, but he knows that he still has business to attend to. He grabs the arm of Kagura and drags her lifeless body into the center of the ring. He goes to her sides and kneels down to shake her hand.

Copeland: What a crock!

Connor: Come on, Jack. It’s the nicest elbow drop you’ve ever seen!

ANT softly lays her hand back down at her side. He then sprints over to the nearest ropes. He bounces off and prepares to leap for a jumping elbow drop, but right before he leaps he sees Kagura jump kick herself back on to her feet. The crowd goes crazy as ANT is stunned. His shock gets him a shuffle side kick to the gut. ANT grabs at his midsection as he drops to his knees. Kagura responds by running at and stepping off one of ANT’s knees and using her other foot to straight-up soccer kick him in the side of face. The blow is crisp as ANT crumbles face down on to the ring mat like a frail pastry.

Connor: First Dance of Awarawa No Mikoto!

Kagura drops to one knees and seems to contemplate a pin attempt, but she decides to continue her offense. She grabs the dazed ANT and struggles to pull him up to his feet. However, once she does, she grabs his wrist and grapples him from the font to pull him back into a wrist-clutch exploder suplex! She doesn’t bridge the move as ANT crumbles once again. He lays lifelessly on the ringmat as Gozaburo cheers on the defending champion from the outside. Kagura stays on her back for a few seconds as she tries to catch her breath.

Copeland: These two competitors have been going a million miles per hour since the beginning of the match, and you can see how taxing it has been.

She finally finds the strength to climb to her feet. She gingerly makes her way over to ANT and flips him over on to his stomach. She reaches down and positions herself into her finsher, THE FOURTH DANCE OF TOYOUKE OMIKAMI! She rolls over and wrenches the deadly sleeper and body scissor combo on ANT as he flails his arms like an ANT caught in a web.

Copeland: SHE’S GOT IT LOCKED IN! SHE’S GOT THE FOURTH DANCE OF TOYOUKE OMIKAMI LOCKED IN!

Connor: She beat ANT down into a puddle of mush and then locked in her finisher! ANT is in trouble!

Cohen: I told you guys that ANT wasn’t championship material!

ANT continues flailing his arms as the crowd buzzes in anticipation. Half of them wanting him to tap out, the other half wanting him to break free! Kagura screams a cry of war as she drains the life out of ANT. Very slowly we see ANT’s arms begin to slow down until finally ceasing altogether. The referee asks for a response, but ANT won’t give one. He grabs one of ANT’s arms and raises it up. Kagura keeps the submission locked in tight. The referee drops the arm and it falls to the ring mat. He yells out at the ringside staff, “ONE!” He grabs ANT’s arm again and raises it up. It drops once again. “TWO,” he yells out. He grabs the arm once more and raises it high. Before he drops it, we see the nicest index finger you’ve ever seen raise from the hand of ANT’s curled up fist. The referee lets go of the arm as ANT keeps it held high with a single finger. The crowd pops at the finger. ANT curls his finger back into his fist and then begins flinging it back at the forehead of Kagura. Kagura eats the blow, but no-sells it as she won’t budge. He sends another fist back at her. She eats that one as well! Another, another, another, and another! Finally, Kagura feels the effect and releases the hold. The crowd pops as ANT unhinges Kagura’s legs from around his abdomen. He rolls away from his opponent and slowly crawls to his feet. Meanwhile, Kagura grabs her forehead and gets into a sitting position. She scoots her self back up against some nearby ropes. She hooks one arm around the bottom rope as she presses the palm of her other hand against her forehead. She pulls it away and sees that she is actually bleeding from the bare knuckles shots that elegANT had to use to survive.

She blinks wildly as if she doesn’t know quite where she is. She looks up from her sitting position and sees ANT in the center of the ring. He charges at her and hits a running bicycle style kick to Kagura’s face. The blow whips her neck back as she bounces off the ropes she is seated on and crumbles into a grounded position. ANT grabs her and pulls her to the center. His adrenlinine is pumping as he feeds off the crowd’s energy. He makes his way to the nearest turnbuckle and ascends to the top. Once again, he bids Kagura a “Good Day, Madam.” He leaps off the top turnbuckle and hits the frogsplash style maneuver for the second time. The referee drops for the count,

3!

Connor: He’s done it! elegANT has won the Elite X Championship!

Copeland: His first championship win since his debut at Lethal Lottery last year!

Cohen: I’m in shock.

Connor: For all the talk of Kagura’s honor being on the line, you cannot doubt her heart out here tonight. This was a high-intensity brawl to the finish. Both elegANT and Kagura deserve respect.

We see elegANT in the ring as he is talking to a medical personnel inside the ring. He is informing him about Kagura’s cut. He is making sure that she gets medical attention. Gozaburo is already in the ring checking on Kagura. ANT stands up from the scene with Kagura and turns to the referee presenting him with the Elite X Championship.

Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, and NEW Elite X Champion, elegANT!

The crowd pops as ANT gushes over the belt in his hands. His music begins to play as he kisses the belt and then slides out of the ring. He starts giving fans high fives and celebrates with him. He finally makes his way over to a group of middle schoolers. He gives them hugs and climbs over the barricade to celebrate with them and the rest of the crowd.

Copeland: What a championship match to get us going on a night where all of our belts are on the line. We have crowned a new champion within our first two matches, but there is still plently more on the card tonight.

Connor: Kagura Ohzora loses the Elite X Championship to elegANT in a heartbreaking loss. One has to wonder where she goes from here, and who elegANT’s first challenger will be.

Cohen: I guess every ant has its day.

We continue to see ANT celebrating with the crowd until the action at ringside fades out.

**********************************

We cut backstage to a dual vertical panel shot. Chris K.O. is on the left. James Howard is on the right. Chris has a steel chair in one of his hands with large googly eyes on it. James Howard has a regular steel chair. Chris converses with Steve the Volleyball, who is tucked underneath the arm not holding the chair. Howard swipes his nose with his free hand before hitting the hallway wall with his chair to psyche himself up. He yells, "COME ON!"

Copeland: Two former friends turned enemies. James Howard cost Chris K.O. his shot in the Gold Rush tournament. James Howard thinks Chris cost him his due respect. The blood has been boiling on the stove for the last two rounds. It'll finally come to a head in an epic Chairs Match up next.

Cohen: STEEL VS. STEEL. I love it!

We get one last shot of the two men walking before the camera fades out.

Tale of the Tape
• These two faced off in James Howard’s WZCW return at Redemption, with Chris coming out on top
• The next couple weeks a masked man attacked K.O. with a chair before unmasking as Howard
• Chris returned the favor, and now they battle in a match where chairs are legal
Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen, this is a Chairs Match. All rules will remain however the use of steel chairs is allowed. And encouraged.

Harrys: Introducing first, from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, weighing 232 pounds, Chris K.O.!

The ring is surrounded by open folding chairs as we see smoke fill the stage. Chris KO emerges from it and holds Steve the Volleyball up in the air. He marches down to the ring and places Steve on one of the chairs at ringside.

Connor:At Revolution, Chris got the upper hand on James Howard who was looking to make his big comeback. Somewhere after that, the demons began to creep up on James and this went from a friendly fight to a deep, personal rivalry.

Cohen: Chris is responsible for the downfall of James' career. He represents just how fickle fans are who would forgive KO's actions and ignore James' injury.

Harrys: His opponent,
from Leeds, England, weighing 223 pounds, James Howard!

James emerges with a scowl on his face and a hoodie covering his head. He walks down the ramp already armed with a chair and enters the ring.

Copeland:
What an attitude change from Howard. People used to love him for his fighting spirit. Now he just seems bitter.

Cohen: Wouldn't you be mad if people just- Woah!

Howard wastes no time though and swings away at KO, catching him on the side. He takes a second shot as referee Dillon Morse calls for the bell.

* Ding Ding Ding *
Howard shoves Chris with the chair against the turnbuckle. Sandwiching him in. He then begins to scratch at KO's face while holding him down. Screaming constantly in anger. He shoves KO several times as he claws into the face before he takes a small step back and back kicks the chair right back into KO! Chris is still on the turnbuckle so Howard takes the chair and holds it again on KO. He measures and punches the chair on KO. Howard backs up holding his hand from the blow and berates the crowd as Chris lays limp on the corner with the chair over him. Howard measures and charges at KO. But BAM!!! He eats the chair as KO tosses it right at his face. He holds onto it from the shock as he backpedals. KO gets up and runs. BAM! He hits a Spinning Wheel Kick to take down Howard. He quickly hooks the leg.

1-

2-

3-NO!
Howard kicks out at 2 and a half.

Copeland:
No finesse here unlike last time these two met. Howard wants to maim and Chris is not afraid to return the favor.

Chris tries to recompose himself after the early abuse as does Howard. The two meet and begin to brawl it out. Howard however gets the upper hand with several knee shots and kicks to the shin. He takes full advantage and whips KO away. Howard grabs the chair and swings away but KO slides underneath it. As Howard turns, KO catches him with a Dropkick. Howard at the last second raises the chair to avoid it hitting him again. He quickly gets back to his feet still armed, but KO grabs the chair. The two begin to tug for it back and forth. But Howard shoves it as KO pulls to hit him on the gut. The chair falls as Howard waistlocks KO. He turns for a German Suplex. But KO blocks it. He elbows his way free and Clinch Slams Howard on the chair. Cringes and pain and rolls out of the ring before KO can cover him.

Cohen: Look at how smart Howard is, guys. Even in pain he has the where with all to get out of the ring.

Connor:
This would not happen if he wasn't acting so delusional. These two could've been a great team.

KO gets out of the ring too and grabs a chair. He approaches Howard and takes a swing. But James swings with a chair of his own to block the shot. Both men drop their chairs from the impact. KO tries to take advantage but Howard cuts him off with short hooks. He goes for a Clothesline, but KO ducks and hooks a waistlock. He tosses Howard overhead and Germans him onto the chairs at ringside!!

* Holy Shit! Holy Shit! Holy Shit! Holy Shit! *
The crowd lets their thoughts be known as Howard lies on the pile of chairs. KO staggers around ringside thinking of his next move as referee Dillon Morse checks on Howard to make sure he's not injured. KO sits right next to Steve, thinking, as Howard yells and squirms in pain.

Connor:
I've seen a lot of matches in my time. But this one has been nothing short of brutal from the very beginning.

Copeland:
And this isn't even the main event or the tag team title match. We still have a Ladder and Hell In A Cell match to go.

Cohen:A broken neck is what started all this. And that idiot wants to do it again.

KO gets up and grabs another chair as Howard gets out of the pile. Howard tumbles to the floor right by KO who looks at him. He proceeds to take several shots with the chair on the back and sternum of Howard. Howard yells in anger with each shot as the crowd yells "MORE" with each swing.

*MORE! MORE! MORE! MORE*
Howard however manages to suck it up and kicks KO right on the shin. Making him drop the chair and fall to one knee. Howard uses the chance and grabs the chair and swings at KO's head. However KO manages to hold his hands up and at least cushion the blow as he falls down. Howard staggers and uses the chair to get back up. Barely doing so due to the pain. Chris slowly gets back to his feet as does Howard. However, Howard seems too out of breath to fight as KO begins to stalk him with a chair. Howard hobbles across ringside as KO approaches but Howard suddenly raises his chair. KO however goes from serious to troubled as he realizes Howard is aiming at Steve.

Cohen
: It's a ball, you moron. Get over it!

Copeland:
That ball has helped Chris a lot this past year. It may seem weird to us, but that thing has been therapeutic to him.

KO yells at Howard to stop and pleads with referee Dillon Morse to stop this. But that's not against any rules and Howard won't listen. KO does not move seeing Howard aiming at Steve. KO drop the chair and as soon as he does, Howard pelts him over the head with his chair! Howard grabs and tosses KO back into the ring. KO lies motionless as Howard hooks the Tenzan Choke. He cranks the hold as KO obviously does not respond. Prompting Dillon to call for the bell.

* Ding Ding Ding *

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO*
Harrys: Here is your winner, James Howard!

The fans make their disapproval be known as Dillon raises James' hand. EMTs come to check on Chris as James celebrates. He hobbles around and goes around ringside. Mocking fans.

Connor:
What a sad man James has become. He has to resort to such tactics to get the upper hand here tonight.

Cohen: How so, Cat? The chairs are legal. And KO was dumb enough to-

Cohen is cut off as James flips the seat Steven was on. Sending the ball tumbling around.

Cohen: There you go. KO was stupid enough to bring it. There's the consequences.

Copeland: I have a feeling this situation... Is not over yet.

James heads up the aisle as KO begins to come about. James raises his arms at the top of the stage as we fade out.

Tale of the Tape
• Eve defeated Daddy Mack at Redemption to become the first female to hold a singles title in WZCW history
• Theron has had many successes in WZCW, but thus far a title has eluded him
• If Theron can win, he will have defeated all three heads of Cerberus in as many weeks

Harrys: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! And it is for the WZCW Eurasian Championship!

Harrys: Introducing first, from Stephenville Texas, he is the "Warblade of Mystra". He is Theron Daggershield!

Theron appears on stage with his huge sword leaned on his shoulder. He carries it proudly down the aisle as the fans cheer him on.

Cohen: If he's from Texas why is he the whatever of "Mystra"? Where even is that? Nerd.

Copeland: That nerd has stood on the top of the Top 5 of WZCW for months. He defeated The Beard at Revolution and has gotten the better of Cerberus for weeks. Don't underestimate him.

Cohen: He's still a nerd, Seabass. NERD!

Connor: Let's see you get in there and win matches then, Jack.

Harrys: And his opponent, from Milan Italy, representing Cerberus, she is the WZCW Eurasian Champion, she is Eve Taylor!!

Eve appears on stage on beautiful all-white ring gear as well as a white vest and white feather boa, with a wolf mask covering her face. As the song kicks in, she removes the mask and struts down the ramp only as a model could. She opens the vest to reveal the prestigious Eurasian Championship around her waist.

Cohen: Almost at random, Theron Daggershield started to target Eve Taylor. Whining about lacking loyalty and stuff. Eve is loyal to Cerberus and to herself. And that's all that is needed. The proof is right there on her waist.

Connor:Yeah, but can she defeat Theron here tonight by herself? This isn't a brawl with Cerberus and HMP in the middle. This is one on one.

Elizabeth holds above her head the title the two will be competing for. Eve suddenly heads over to Prince and yells at her.

Eve: I want that sword out of here!

She screams loudly as Elizabeth tries to calm her down. Theron doesn't know what to do and looks on. After more arguing with Eve, Elizabeth goes to Theron and tells him something before flagging down officials. They come in and Elizabeth gives them instructions. They work together to take Theron's sword to the back.

Cohen: You've gotta be kidding me. The wimp can carry that thing by himself and we need 3 officials to take it to the back?

The two circle each other now prepared for their match as referee Elizabeth Prince orders them to begin. Theron looks ready for action but Eve doesn't seem interested in fighting. She fixes up her boots and wipes them off as Theron looks on annoyed. Elizabeth asks the Champion what she's doing but Eve reprimands her. Theron looks like he's had enough and yells at Eve to start wrestling. She looks at her challenger and orders him to wait. She's not ready. She walks around the ring as Theron gets even angrier. She stretches her legs out on the post and Theron has had enough. He goes to her to begin but Eve suddenly starts to rub her legs sensually and Theron stops cold. Though he looks far more annoyed than seduced.

Copeland: Eve's idea of mind games just seem to be more annoying than damaging.

Theron has enough and pulls Eve away and ties her to the mat with a side Headlock. The fans pop now that the action finally begins. Eve looks mad as Theron applies pressure on her. He tries to keep her down but Eve uses her long legs and locks them around Theron's neck to pull him apart. She keeps the legs around him holding his head face down against the mat. She uses her strength to bang Theron's head against the mat several times but the Warblade fights through the pain to flip over into a Jacknife cover!

1.......

2..........

3-WAIT!

But Eve displays her magnificent legs again and uses them to bridge herself out of the cover attempt. She turns Theron and turns his Jacknife into a Backslide cover in her favor.

1.......

2.............

3-But NO!!

Theron struggles but slips out before the 3. He quickly headlocks Eve again and takes her down to the mat. Eve stretches her legs out again to grab Theron, but the Warblade moves the hold into a kneeling position. Rendering Eve's legs useless. He gets to a standing position and changes from a headlock to an Atomic Drop! He raises Eve and brings her back down groin first to his knee. She bounces off but before Theron can take over, he's met with an incredibly powerful slap across his face. Knocking him down.

Copeland:Tactical error by Theron there. He had sound offense but his choice of attack happens to be ineffective against women.

Cohen: What a moron!!

Connor: Perfectly understandable. Theron is used to facing males. And it's not like the move would not hurt.

Theron staggers as Eve pulls him by his spiky hair and tosses to a corner. She puts her fabulous boot on his face stretches out her long, smooth leg as Theron yells in pain. Elizabeth Prince order the ropebreak, but Eve doesn't seem to want to respond. Prince threatens to disqualify her but Eve seems to not mind. Before Prince can call for the bell though, Daggershield grabs the leg and pulls it away. Dangling Eve on the top rope. Theron uses the chance to run for momentum. But as he comes to attack, he's hit with the Supermodel Kick!! Eve gets to knees after the move and holds her thigh as Theron seems to be out cold on the mat. It takes her a long time to make the cover.

1......

2..........

No!

But Theron kicks out at 2 and half. He grabs his jaw after taking several kicks to it but Eve doesn't let up and starts to stomp on him. She hits the Versace Heels before stalking him from behind.

Cohen: As usual. Theron looks like he's close. But then he just chokes in the end.

Copeland: The match isn't over, Jack. Don't count him out.

Eve stalks Theron who is now groggy and on his knees. Eve runs for the Fashion Statement-CRITICAL H--NOO!!

Eve was about hit her Fashion Statement, but Daggershield turned and leaped for a Critical Hit! But Eve also got away and ducked out of the ring in a huff realizing that might have been her end. She stops by the stairs to catch her breath as Theron nips up in the ring to a standing pop from the audience. Theron jumps over the ropes to the outside to give chase as Eve realizes the challenger is in pursuit. She begins to race away herself and gets back in the ring. Theron is about to follow suit but stops realizing Eve's baiting him into another trap. Even was ready to attack when he'd roll in but Theron instead takes the stairs and charges to the top turnbuckle. Before Eve realizes Theron comes in off the top but she's met with a Huricanrana.

Copeland: Theron is on the top of his game tonight. He's learned a lot since his debut and you can see it in the way he's wrestling here tonight.

Cohen: Don't discount Eve, Seabass. She's been nothing but dominant since her own debut.

Connor: Most of her work though has been reliant on Cerberus. They can't help tonight.

Copeland: Never thought about discounting her, Jack. She's the singles star in Cerberus for a reason and has even beaten the World Champion at one point.

Theron stalks Eve after the Huricanrana as the Champion flusters to her feet. Theron leaps into the air for the Critical Hit, but Eve pushes him away. Theron tries to get back in the game, but Eve takes him down with the Chanel Clothes Line. She turns Theron facedown and locks the Wardrobe Malfunction. Theron screams in pain, but before the hold can do much he gets to the ropes. Elizabeth orders the rope break and Eve yet again just ignores her. Theron realizes Eve just wants the DQ to keep the title and pulls himself out of the ring. Eve gets frustrated and paces the ring in anger. Theron tries to get back in, but the angry Champion punts him across the chest on the ropes. He dangles as she drags him back in. His feet are on the ropes as Eve holds one of Theron's arms. She goes up the ropes as Theron hangs and leaps onto his back knees first!! She hooks the leg.

1......

2..........

3-NO!

Eve gets madder and argues with Elizabeth Prince. She tries intimidating the official and shoves her. Which also angers Elizabeth. But before any call can be made, Theron rolls up Eve! But doesn't even get a 1. Eve pops back to her feet and CRITICAL HIT!! Eve is caught by surprise as she got to her feet but Theron is too worn out to cover. He lays on the ground clutching his back in pain and Eve is out cold.

*Let's Go Theron! Let's Go Theron! Let's Go Theron! Let's Go Theron! *

The crowd cheers him on as he struggles to reach the ropes and goes through them as Eve is barely moving. Theron begins to climb them as Eve comes about. She spots her challenger on the top ropes and cuts his attack off and climbs herself. The two begin to trade blows trying to get the upper hand. Theron staggers when Eve suddenly headbutts him! Theron seems to be slipping away but before he can fall he counters with a headbutt of his own as Eve tumbles to the mat! Theron comes about and leaps into the air! LIMIT BREAK!! It connects! And Theron makes the cover!

1.......

2.........

3!!!!

Here is your winner and the NEEEEW WZCW Eurasian Champion...... Theron Daggershield!

Cohen: Oh my God!

Copeland: He did it! He finally did it!

Connor:Amazing! What a great ending to a great match!

Elizabeth Prince presents Theron with his new championship and raises his arm as he looks on amazed by the accomplishment. Eve is nowhere in sight as Theron holds up his new title proudly. He climbs the turnbuckle and holds it up as fans pop for him.

Connor: Soak it in, Theron. You finally did it. You finally won gold.

**********************************

We cut backstage to see elegANT with his newly won Elite X Title draped over his shoulder. He is shaking hands with backstage workers. Not just a one second handshake, but he is addressing them each by name and thanking them for their hard work tonight. Leon Kensworth enters the scene with a microphone. He runs up to ANT.

Kensworth: elegANT, you won the Elite X Title earlier in the night. This is your first championship in WZCW. I feel like I don't need to ask you, but for the sake of television, how do you feel?

elegANT: I feel great, Leon. I just wanted to personally thank everyone back here because they put on such a great show and make superstars like me look great with the technical things. They are really the workhorses of the WZCW behind the scene. So, I just wanted to thank those that usually don't get recognition on the big screen.

Leon: And what about those kids at ringside that you celebrated with after your match?

elegANT: Wow, those kids, man. I went and saw them earlier in the week. I would like to say that I inspired them, but they inspired me. I told them they could do anything they wanted if they put in the hard work. I invited them here tonight to watch the match. Not because I was arrogant and thought I would win, but I wanted to show them, win or lose, that you could still be a good sport. I am glad to share this victory with them and everyone who has helped me along the way.

Kensworth: Well, congratulations. Go enjoy yourself!

elegANT: Thanks, Leon!

ANT shakes Kensworth's hand before turning back to the workers. They all start chanting for ANT. The camera fades out.

Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Big Dave!

The crowd in Chicago erupts for Big Dave, walking down the ramp at a slow pace. He carries both WZCW World Tag Team title belts - one on each shoulder - doing his best to wave to the crowd as he makes his way down the ring.

Copeland: Don't adjust your television sets! This is 2015 and that is Big Dave with the tag team championships.

Cohen: What's he doing with them? He's not the champion, let alone been in active competition for a long time.

Connor: He's been invited tonight to hang the titles for the upcoming Ladder match as a sign of respect.

Big Dave walks past the Ladders set up at ringside with a smile on his face before entering the ring. He meets up with one of the referees on hand, Jurou Akiyama, shaking his hand. He gives one of the title belts to Akiyama and grabs a microphone from ring announcer Truman Harrys.

Cohen: I don't understand why the referee's can't do it themselves.

Copeland: Quiet Jack! He'll explain.

He takes a moment to look around before raising the mircophone.

Dave: It's been a long time since I've held this very championship in my hand. In fact, it was my first ever championship I ever won in WZCW alongside my tag team partner Ace David. Together, we were known as the Full House Dave's and after training hard & fighting through the competition, we became the WZCW World Tag Team champions.

The crowd applauds.

Dave: Whilst many tag teams have tied us for the record of the longest reigning tag team champions, we were the first in history to ever do so... but that's not the reason why I was called here to hang these championship belts.

Big Dave pauses.

Dave: In our final match as champions, we took on long-time rivals Garth Black & Phoenix, a team known as Second Coming, in a Ladder match. We had a brutal rivalry, spawning over several months and it became very, very personal... and in this Ladder match, we end it all in what was called the Final Battle.

Another pause.

Dave: That was in 2009. This is 2015 and it seems history has repeated itself. Two of the best tag teams to ever grace this ring, embroiled in a heated rivalry, look to finish it all off in their Final Battle in a Ladder match for the greatest prize two competitors can share together: the WZCW World Tag Team Championships.

The crowd applauds again.

Dave: To those two teams - Cerberus & Hard Metal Penetration - I wish you good luck and may the best team win.

Big Dave gets the title back from Akiyama and hangs them tightly on the wiring suspended from the ceiling. Dave pats the belts before giving the thumbs up, causing the championships to be raised up to regulation height. Big Dave then proceeds to exit the ring with the camera focused on the titles.

Tale of the Tape
• These teams first did battle at Kingdom Come, where Hard Metal Penetration ended Cerberus’ title reign
• Flex and Ramparte became champions once more by winning a brutal I Quit match at Revolution
• Which team will climb the ladder and win the tie-breaking match

Copeland: Big Dave summed this up extremely well: this is the final team these two teams will be competing for World Tag Team championships.

Cohen: It's been intense, for sure but it's time for this to end.

Alhazred pelvic thrusts his way onto the stage with S.H.I.T stoically bringing up the rear. On the stage they stop, looking around the arena to the cheering fans. They then take notice of the Ladder standing between them, looking up and down at it before nodding at each other. They make their way to the ring with S.H.I.T silent and Alhazred discussing strategy with seemingly everyone and no one. They climb into the ring and Alhazred does a final pelvic thrust at anybody in the ring while S.H.I.T looks menacing.

Cohen: This will Hard Metal Penetration's final chance to capture the championships from Cerberus. They need to be victorious tonight if they wish to be at the top of the division once more, no matter the cost.

Copeland: With how relentless S.H.I.T. can be and the craziness of Alhazred, I doubt they have any limits when it comes to competing in a Ladder match.

Connor: They won't be holding back after everything Cerberus has put them through. Expect them to gain some measure of revenge against the champions before they even consider going to retrieve the title belts. This is as much a personal battle as it is about being the champions for Hard Metal Penetration.

Alhazred beckons for their opponents to come out, pelvic thrusting towards the ramp with S.H.I.T. only staring.

Both Ramparte and Mussel appear on stage to a flurry of boos from the crowd and their arms risen high in the air. Their usual grins and smirks are vacant on their faces as they slowly walk down the ramp as if they were synchronised, not taking their eyes off the challengers. They get to ringside and slowly hop on the apron, making sure Hard Metal Penetration are pushed back by the referee's to allow them into the ring. Cerberus enters and the two teams stare off from across the ring.

Cohen: Look at the intensity on the faces of the champions. They are ready to end this war once and for all!

Copeland: Ever since Cerberus formed, Flex & Ramparte have dominated the division and used a wolf-pack mentality (alongside Eve) to destroy every tag team that has come into contact with them. Hard Metal Penetration has been the most defiant and difficult challenge to date and they aren't taking them lightly.

Cohen: What's more: they've personally told their partner Eve to stay out of the match and she must not interfere under any circumstances. Flex & Ramparte want to make sure they end this on their own... but the same can be said for Hard Metal Penetration.

Truman Harrys slowly approaches, standing in-between the two teams to make the official announcements.

Harrys: The following contest is a Tornado Tag Team Ladder match for the WZCW World Tag Team Championships!

The crowd applauds and all four competitors break their focus on each other for a moment to look at the titles hanging high above the ring.

Introducing first, the challengers, from their Secret Underground Laboratory, at a combined weight of 408 pounds; S.H.I.T. & Alhazred... HAAAARD MEEETAL PENEEETRATION!

The crowd cheers loudly but HMP does not respond other than Alhazred slowly nodding.

Harrys: And their opponents, protecting the Gates to the Underworld, at a combined weight 410 pounds, they are the WZCW World Tag Team Champions; Flex Mussel & Ramparte... CERRRRBERRRRUSSS!

Boos echo throughout the arena as Flex cracks his neck and Ramparte rubs his hands slowly. Everyone except the four competitors clear the ring, leaving them to one final stare-down until the bell sounds.

* DING DING DING *

No time is wasted as the two teams run straight at each other, throwing punch after punch after punch without blocking any shots from the opposing team. The crowd cheers as the two teams brawl aggressively with no sign of either team letting up as Flex & Alhazred fight on one side of the ring and Ramparte & SHIT fight on the other.

Copeland: Cerberus & Hard Metal Penetration couldn't care less that this match requires them to climb the ladder to capture the belts. They just want to beat the life out of each other.

Cohen: And this is with closed fists only. Imagine what these two could do with a ladder in their possession?

Finally, SHIT manages to get the upper hand on Ramparte, delivering blow after blow whilst Flex does the same to Alhazred. SHIT & Flex simultaneously clothesline Ramparte & Alhazred over the top rope (respectively), sending them crashing to the outside on the opposite ends of the ring. Flex & SHIT back up before they bump into each other, turning around. Flex goes for a big punch but SHIT blocks, hitting a series of hits on Flex before delivering a big European uppercut, dazing Flex but manages to stay on his feet. He groggily bounces off the ropes, allowing SHIT to hit a roundhouse kick to the back of the head of Flex, knocking him out of the ring. Ramparte, recovering from the clothesline, does his best to help his partner to his feet. As Cerberus are trying to recover, SHIT prepares himself with the fans rallying behind him. He runs the ropes and performs a big suicide dive, taking out the champions in one hit!

Cerberus & SHIT are down, leaving Alhazred as the only one close enough to his feet. He gets up using the apron and looks at one of the ladders, doing a quick pelvic thrust in approval as he grabs it, folding it up and looks to slid it into the ring. However, Alhazred decides against this and walks around ringside to where the other three are recovering.

Cohen: The perfect chance for Alhazred to attempt climbing for the belts and he's wasting it.

Connor: He wants to make sure Cerberus are incapacitated before taking to the skies. Besides, this early into the match, any four of these competitors would take the chance to punish the opposing team.

Alhazred enters the scene of bodies almost at their feet, making sure to hold the ladder tightly as he looks to cause some damage. Ramparte gets to his feet first, holding his head up to see a charging Alhazred came at him with the ladder, ramming it into his stomach. Ramparte clutches his mid-section, falling to his knees. Alhazred turns his attention to Flex who is up on his feet, delivering the same punishment to him as well. Flex falls next to his partner and Alhazred sees an opportunity, dropping the ladder in front of them. He grabs the heads of both Ramparte & Flex, looking out to the crowd who roar in approval. Alhazred drops back into the ladder, performing a double DDT to both members of Cerberus, driving their heads into the ladder. Alhazred clutches his back, feeling the same pain as Ramparte & Flex do who hold their heads. A small trickle of red runs from Ramparte's head as the referee's come over to check.

Copeland: It looks like Ramparte is already busted open by that vicious DDT by Alhazred onto the Ladder on the outside. Referee Keith Morse has the gloves and is making sure Ramparte is okay.

Connor: Alhazred was willing to hurt himself in the process to make sure he takes out the champions, leaving SHIT as the only man standing.

SHIT makes it to a vertical base and surveys the damage. He then turns his attention to the title belts and calculates the odds on successfully retrieving them to himself. He nods, confirming the chances are high and looks around the ring for a ladder with the appropriate height. He spots one near the announcer's desk and makes a b-line for it. He makes sure it is sturdy enough before taking it down, sliding it into the ring. SHIT picks it up and sets it up perfectly in the middle of the ring.

Meanwhile, on the outside, Alhazred is up and sees Flex moving. Noticing his partner going for the belts, he looks to take out Flex once more. He waits and goes for a straight right punch but Flex dodges, causing Alhazred's hand to collide with a ladder rung behind where Flex was standing. Alhazred holds his hand, shaking it and swearing before turning around where Flex grabs Alhazred's damaged hand to hit a short-arm clothesline. Flex shakes the cobwebs off and sees SHIT close to the titles.

Copeland: Flex has to make a move on SHIT now before this match ends in a quick victory.

Flex slides into the ring as SHIT is very close, about to unhook the belts. He shakes the ladder, disturbing SHIT from pulling the titles off the hook. SHIT decides to leave the belts for later and descends a couple of rungs, looking to kick Flex away. The kicks are ineffective as Flex uses the ladder to stand and grabs the leg of SHIT, making him immobile. Flex gets up and positions himself underneath SHIT and puts him in the powerbomb position. Flex runs with SHIT on his shoulders, hitting a turnbuckle powerbomb on SHIT. Flex falls to a knee as SHIT clutches his back, slowly walking out of the corner. Flex pops up and manages a belly-to-belly suplex, sending SHIT crashing into the set-up ladder, causing it topple over in a heap alongside SHIT. The result twists the ladder, unable to be used to climb the ladder. Flex falls to his knees, holding his head as the adrenaline rush of saving the titles wears off and the pain from before comes back.

Cohen: Flex with the save and taking SHIT out of the equation for the current moment.

Connor: He threw caution to the wind there with that suplex. Now one of the few tall ladders in this match are destroyed. If these two teams aren't careful, we'll run out of ladders tall enough to retrieve the belts!

Cohen: Don't be ridiculous! They are more ladders under the ring!

Back on the outside, Ramparte is recovering and the referee clears for him continuing. Flex sees his partner bleeding and rolls to the outside to check on him. As he does, a recovered Alhazred delivers a strong right punch but this time connecting on Flex, who groggily falls over. Alhazred clutches his hand but stays on Flex, delivering a series of repeated elbow strikes on Flex. Alhazred finds one of the smaller ladders and brings it over to Flex, folding it up and chucking it nonchalantly at Flex's body. Alhazred grabs another small ladder, doing the same. Alhazred continues to find ladder after ladder, folding them up and throwing them on top of Flex in a pile of ladders, burying the Monsieur of Muscle underneath them all! The crowd applauds the strategy of Alhazred who climbs the multiple ladders, sitting down on them and acting as if he were a King sitting on the Royal Throne.

Copeland: Even though we've got the last match between these two teams, Alhazred still makes a statement by burying Flex and literally sitting above him on the ladder(s).

Connor: The weight of the ladders alone piled up as Alhazred did would surely crush a normal man. Add Alhazred on top of it all and that's got to be some serious pressure. Flex is trapped unless Ramparte can aid him and after that DDT from earlier causing the red river to flow, chances are looking bleak.

Cohen: You seriously doubt the Monsieur of Muscle, CC. I'm sure he dead-lifts this much weight on a regular basis. He'll be out in no-time... I think...

Alhazred sees Ramparte still lying on the ladder he was driven through before, checking the blood flowing from his head. A smile comes across the face of Alhazred as he manages to stand on the pile of ladders, does a pelvic thrust and leaps off, looking for a flying fist drop on Ramparte... but Ramparte quickly rolls out of the way, causing Alhazred to crash right into the ladder! Alhazred screams out in pain, clutching is hand as he rolls around on the ground.

Cohen: ... I think his hand might be crushed!

Copeland: Alhazred was thinking for the finishing blow on Ramparte but he rolled out of the way at the last second, causing Alhazred to take the full force of the unforgiving ladder.

Ramparte slowly gets to his face, showing a wicked smirk through the crimson mask. He grabs his hand and licks the blood, enjoying the taste as he looks down at Alhazred who has crashed and burned.

Connor: Ew...

Ramparte decides he isn't done with Alhazred, wanting payback for causing him to bleed. He grabs Alhazred by the head, delivering a couple of blows before bringing him to his feet. Ramparte positions Alhazred and hits a snap suplex right into the ladder, causing himself some damage as well. Alhazred lays almost crumpled in a heap as Ramparte clutches his back, grinding his teeth together from the pain as he sits up. Ramparte takes a moment to recover and get to his feet from the move, looking to help Flex out.

Connor: Even something as simple as a snap suplex can bring you into a world of hurt when you land on a ladder.

Cohen: Especially with that snap. That's the killer, as seen when Ramparte connected with the ladder as well.

Ramparte takes a second or two to look at the amount of ladders piled up on top of his partner. He grabs the ladder at the top, ripping it off and slowly works his way down, taking off ladder after ladder to help relieve the pressure. When only three ladder remain, a recovered SHIT has managed to slide out of the ring and work his way to Ramparte, attacking him from behind. He looks to steal Ramparte's snap suplex, setting up Ramparte for the same fate as Alhazred... but Ramparte manages to counter, floating behind SHIT and pushing directly into the steel post. SHIT hangs on the steel post, looking to stay on his feet. Ramparte grabs one of the discarded ladders, picking it up and drives it straight into the back of SHIT. SHIT holds its back and drops down to a knee. Ramparte tosses the ladder aside for a moment as he grabs SHIT and throws him in the ring but with his head & chest remaining underneath the bottom rope and hanging off the apron.

Ramparte goes back to helping Flex up who is groggy and hurting from the ladders. He brings Flex to his feet and leaves on leaning on the apron as Ramparte grabs the ladder, putting it on top of SHIT's chest. He tells Flex to hold it in position, who does so despite recovering. Ramparte rolls into the ring and grabs the ropes. He takes a second before springboarding over the top rope, delivering a leg lariat onto the ladder, driving it into the sternum of SHIT. Ramparte holds his legs, letting out groans of pain on the outside whilst SHIT lays motionless.

Copeland: The things these men are doing to each other with these ladders are incredible.

Connor: Innovations aside, I'm not sure how much more these guys can take.

Flex checks on Ramparte who insists on Flex to finish the match. Flex nods and stumbles back over to the apron, looking for another ladder to put inside the ring. He finds one, walks over to it and chucks it into the ring. Flex slowly slides in, removing the old bent one from earlier and replacing it with a fresh ladder.

Ramparte is on the outside, hobbling over to the apron, looking to help his partner. However, before he can enter, Alhazred manages the strength to grab a ladder and drive it into the back of Ramparte's legs, further damaging the back of his thigh. Ramparte drops to the ground, holding his legs as bruising starts to flare up as he screams out in pain. Flex, who was starting to climb the ladder, looks over to investigate. As he does, Alhazred uses the same ladder to drive it into the head of Flex who drops to the canvas, holding his head. Alhazred drops the ladder and stumbles back onto the steel steps, catching his breath and looking to recover as fast as possible.

Copeland: A mistake there by Flex who was more invested in his wellbeing of his partner rather than winning the match despite his partner telling him to go on without him.

Connor: Curiosity killed the cat as they say, right Jack?

Cohen: If Alhazred is curiosity in this scenario, then you're right both literally and figuratively. He's the kind of crazed man who'd do such a thing and now he's got the advantage in this match. Need I say more?

Alhazred continues to breath heavily, slowly walking over to his partner using the apron as a hand-rail. He pulls off the ladder and pushes it into the ring, checking on SHIT. The robot is stirring but isn't responding much. Alhazred realises he is along and slides into the ring. He sees Flex slowly stirring from the ladder shot and looks to use the ladder once more to finish it off. He grabs it and sets it up in the corner, laying it across the middle ropes. He turns around and goes after Flex.

Alhazred picks up Flex by the head, slowly lifting him to his feet. When he gets Flex to a vertical base, Flex breaks free and hits a European uppercut on Alhazred, stunning him. Flex takes a second to shake the cobwebs before grabbing Alhazred, lifting him up for a powerbomb. He runs towards the corner with the ladder, looking to throw Alhazred... but Alhazred counters with a hurricanrana, sending Flex face first into the ladder! Flex leans on the ladder with eyes closed, slowly falling down before collapsing to the canvas.

Connor: We thought the chairs match was concussion-inducing. If Flex takes another shot to the face with the ladder, he might have to seriously re-think his career choice.

Copeland: I don't think he's currently able to something as complex right now, Cat.

Flex rolls towards the apron, looking to recover as Alhazred re-positions the ladder in the middle of the ring until he is happy. He leans on it, looking to climb the ladder slowly, one rung at a time. The fans are cheering on Alhazred for him to climb faster but Alhazred's hurt hand is making it a little hard to do so. The slow pace of Alhazred allows Ramparte to roll into the ring, looking to ascend to the top as well. His damaged leg is making it hard to do so, relying solely on leg strength. Alhazred gets near the top first, looking to grab the titles but he grip it using one hand. Instead, he turns his attention to the oncoming threat on the other side of the ladder.

Using his good left hand, Alhazred sends a punch towards Ramparte, slowing him down. Alhazred hits another couple of left-handed strikes but reaching again. Ramparte climbs up another rung, allowing him to punch Alhazred in the stomach. Alhazred holds his stomach as Ramparte climbs up another rung. Alhazred waits for the moment to strike, LOOKING FOR THE LEVEL 5 (SPINNING BACKFIST).... but Ramparte catches the damaged arm of Alhazred. He slams it on top of the ladder, causing Alhazred more pain. With a hurt hand, Alhazred slips off the ladder, landing on his legs and dropping to the canvas, holding his hand.

Copeland: Alhazred couldn't remain on the ladder so he jumped off, making sure his landing on the ground took as little punishment as possible.

Cohen: But how good is conserving your energy when Ramparte is about to win the match?

At that moment, a barely-revived SHIT is at the bottom of the ladder, trying its best to climb it. The crowd cheers on as Hard Metal Penetration still has a little life left in them. Ramparte looks to grab the titles but sees SHIT slowly coming up. Hurriedly, he does his best to unhook the titles but is fumbling the belts. SHIT uses the last of his strength to get to the top where Ramparte accidentally causes the belts to swing wildly in the air, giving him no choice but to deal with SHIT. The robot hits Ramparte a couple of times before LOOKING TO GIVE THE BRAIN CHOP... but Ramparte shoots a bloodied black mist into the face of SHIT, blinding him. Ramparte grabs SHIT and slams its head on the top of the ladder, knocking him silly. Ramparte climbs up a couple of rungs before putting SHIT's head in-between his legs, hooking one arm and then the other.

Copeland: He's not, is he?

Connor: He can't.

Cohen: I think he is...

Ramparte drops down two rungs, DRIVING SHIT ONTO THE TOP OF THE LADDER WITH A MODIFIED THE DENOUEMENT (PEDIGREE)! Ramparte just manages to hang onto the ladder with his bag legs as he looks at SHIT. The whiplash of the move and the unconscious robot causes SHIT to slowly teeter backwards until... SHIT FALLS OFF THE TOP OF THE LADDER, CRASHING INTO THE LADDER SET-UP ON THE MIDDLE ROPES. SHIT SNAPS THE LADDER, LYING IN A CRUMPLED HEAP.

Copeland: ...

Connor: ...

Cohen: ...

The crowd looks stunned at what has transpired, seeing the broken robot body of SHIT motionless on the ground. Ramparte looks wearily down at the crash site.

"HO-LY SHIT" "HO-LY SHIT" "HO-LY SHIT"

Copeland: SHIT has been broken in half! SHIT fell from the top of the ladder and breaking both the ladder and itself in half!

Connor: Is SHIT okay? He isn't moving.

Slowly, Ramparte turns his attentions to the titles and grabs them, stopping them from swinging and eventually, unhooks them to call the finish of the match. Referee Akiyama signals for the bell, calling for medical attention for SHIT.

Harrys: Here are your winners and STILL WZCW World Tag Team Champions... CERBERUS!

Ramparte drops down to the canvas slowly, clutching the championship belts. He rolls to the outside, exhausted from the match with blood still flowing. He makes his way over to Flex, limping on bad legs. The champions regroup, giving each other their respective titles and celebrating quietly in pain, moving slowly.

Copeland: In their final battle, Cerberus were able to overcome Hard Metal Penetration in a brutal Ladder match to retain the titles but at what cost? All four competitors won't be walking away from this match the same as when they walked in.

Cohen: Especially SHIT. He hasn't moved since taking the fall. Medical personnel and referee's are on hand to check on him but I doubt it's favourable.

Alhazred crawls over to his partner, holding his own hand in pain. He doesn't care about Cerberus or the titles any more, his primary concern is the well-being of his friend. He tries communicating with SHIT but nothing works to get the robot to respond.

Cohen: An excellent effort by Hard Metal Penetration but I believe they literally gave everything they had plus a little more. They've lost too much to continue this rivalry. We've just witnessed the end.

Connor: Hopefully, it's not the end of SHIT.

More medical personnel with a stretcher come down to the ring to tend to SHIT with Alhazred still recovering, watching out for his partner.

Copeland: Well, this is it for two young men with everything to prove to the world. It has been a long road for both of these men and they have overcome a lot. But this will prove to be the biggest challenge they have faced, no doubt about it.

aOLnxGQ.gif

Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final of the Gold Rush Tournament! The winner will receive a guaranteed World Heavyweight Championship shot at WZCW Unscripted!

Tale of the tape:
 • Dorian Slaughter has beat elegANT and Mikey Stormrage on route to the final
 • Veejay has beat Chris KO and former World Champion The Beard on route to the final
 • Dorian Slaughter is a member of The Elite
 • Veejay tried to broker a deal with Constantine to help him in this match
Connor: No one can doubt that either of these men deserve to be here. They have worked tirelessly to get them to this point. And you have to believe that this match is going to unleash a new stage of Hell in WZCW.

Cohen: I just don't know who to pick here, honestly. Both guys are special talents and are going to go far in the company.

Copeland: Well, we're about to find out momentarily...

After a moment, Veejay appears on the stage in his traditional hooded attire; the hood draped over his head as he turns his back on the audience. He stretches his arms out to the side as the music continues to play. As soon as the guitar riff hits, Veejay spins around suddenly, pulling down his hood and revealing his smiling but determined features. He goads the crowd slightly and begins to make his way down the long ramp to the ring.

Harrys: Introducing first, weighing in at 251 pounds, from Bollywood, India... Veejay!

Cohen: It's hard to bet against this man. He's my pick for this match.

Copeland: He has been mightily impressive, this much is true. Not many people boast a win over Chris KO and The Beard in consecutive shows. But Veejay somehow managed it and he rides a wave of momentum into this match.

Veejay continues down the ramp on his own. Fans stretch out their arms in an attempt to reach the Bollywood star but he simply ignores them and keeps walking towards the ring. Finally, he makes his way to the steps and enters the ring. He walks around the canvas for a moment before removing his attire and readying himself for the match.

For a moment, no one appears on the stage. Everyone from the crowd to the stage hands have no idea what is going on. As the music continues, eventually, a hooded Slaughter appears rather sluggishly. Shrouded in an all-encompassing grey cloak, he lurches towards the ramp; obviously in a state of mind that only he would understand.

Harrys: And his opponent, weighing in at 295 pounds... The Angel of Death, Dorian Slaughter!

Connor: What a dangerous man this is. Wins against Mikey Stormrage and elegANT are just as hard to come by but Slaughter has dispatched those men like they were nothing. It's going to take a lot to get the better of him tonight.

Cohen: Uh, actually, he's my pick. He looks scary tonight. Maybe Ty Burna has been rubbing off on him more than we thought. Sheesh!

Slaughter stalls on the stage, his head bowed and the lights in the arena flickering on and off. Veejay stands ready for his opponent in the ring, a look of determination on his face. Veejay does not look intimidated, however, as Slaughter finally begins t move down the ramp very slowly and purposefully. From nowhere, Veejay is nailed with a clubbing blow to the back of the head.

Connor: What the Hell is going on here!?

Cohen: Wait a minute...

Inside the ring, the man who attacked Veejay is seen to be Dorian Slaughter himself. He pounces onto the back of Veejay, nailing him with stiff and heavy clubbing blows to the back of the head. Veejay tries to cover the back of his head but with every shot, the resistance of Veejay is failing. Shot after shot to the body and the head as the crowd look on in a stunned horror. On the stage, the cloaked figure raises one hand to his hood and pulls it from his face, revealing the man to be none other than Ty Burna!

Copeland: I simply don't believe it! Ty Burna and Dorian Slaughter have done it again. Someone has to step in and stop these two men from running amok in this company. First the Heavyweight Champion and now the Veejay! How do they keep getting away with this!?

Cohen: It's not often I agree with you, Seabass. But this isn't right. It's the final of the tournament, for God's sake!

Ty gives the fans a wry smile as he moves hastily off of the stage and back through the curtain; leaving Veejay to fight against the onslaught of his apply-named opponent. Slaughter gets back to his feet, Veejay still toiling beneath him. He drops a few stomps onto the back and head of his opponent before lining up an elbow drop and executing it without any mercy whatsoever. The elbow lands directly onto the back of Veejay as a pained look crosses the face of the man from Bollywood. Slaughter immediately picks up his opponent by the hair and rams him, shoulder-first, into the steel ring-post. The impact of the hit sends Veejay tumbling outside of the ring and to the floor below. The referee struggles to get control of the match and pleads with Slaughter to allow Veejay to get back up and for the match to begin properly. But Slaughter is in no mood to show any mercy to anyone tonight. He slinks outside of the ring as Veejay starts to get back to his feet. Running around the side of the ring to where Veejay is on his knees, Slaughter nails him with a running boot to the face that sends him tumbling back to the stone floor; the sound of Slaughter's boot connecting causes a sickening thud.

Connor: This is not a movie anymore for Veejay. Nor is it pretend for Dorian Slaughter. This is well-orchestrated attack on a WZCW superstar and it has to be stopped.

Cohen: What can anyone do? The Elite has been ruling the roost in WZCW for months now. You don't get it, they have everyone in their back pocket. They rule with fear and no one wants to get in their way. You get in their and stop it if you're so bothered.

Slaughter wastes little time in going back to work on his opponent, driving his foot into the throat of Veejay and using the ring apron for leverage. Suddenly, he jumps into the air and drives his boot into the throat of his opponent once again; adding some impact to the ongoing choke. After a few more moments of choking, Slaughter repeats the move and drives his boot into the throat of his opponent. The crowd gasp in horror with every frightening shot that connects with the Bollywood actor. Finally giving up his choke at the utmost behest of the referee, Slaughter moves away from Veejay with some hesitation. Slowly, he lurches towards the ring steps on the far side of the outside of the ring. Climbing the steps and getting onto the ring apron, Slaughter measures his opponent; who lies motionless on the matted floor. Suddenly, the pace of the big man hastens as he runs across the apron and thrown himself off of it; landing a diving elbow to the heart of his opponent. Slaughter is draped over Veejay; his hair obscuring the actions. But when he flicks his hair back, a bite mark can be noticeably seen on the face of Veejay. Slaughter laughs as he slowly gets back to his feet and picks up Veejay. He rolls his opponent back inside the ring and slides in after him. At the behest of the referee, Slaughter moves away from his opponent, his hands raised innocently as he does so.

Copeland: Yeah, he's a real saint! This match surely cannot continue? There's no way that Veejay can fight a competitive match after all of that.

The referee goes to speak to Veejay and, after a moment, Veejay can be seen to be moving. What's more, he seems to waving the referee away and motioning for the match to be started anyway. The referee shakes his head and pleads for Veejay to allow him to call off the match But Veejay, now on his knees and rising, pushes the referee away and urges him to start the match. The referee goes back to Dorian and gives him a stern warning against those kinds of tactics before hesitantly signalling for the bell. It has taken a while but the match I now officially underway. Veejay moves towards Slaughter on shaky legs and attempts to land a roundhouse kick. But Slaughter is far too fresh for it to be effective and Slaughter manages to duck under the flying lef of his opponent. As Veejay turns back around, Slaughter nails him with the Hate Creation; his signature move! Slaughter laughs again as Veejay hits the mat. This match is seemingly over as, finally, Slaughter gets down to cover Veejay. The referee rather gratefully begins to count the fall. 1... 2... Kick out with absolutely no time to spare!

Connor: Oh my god, so close!

Copeland: I get that Veejay doesn't want to lose this match and his opportunity to be World Champion. But this match has been so one-sided since the start. I don't know if I agree with his decision to start this match.

Cohen: What did I tell you, Seabass. This guy is the real deal. He's a fighter. Win or lose, he will be challenging for the Heavyweight Championship over time.

Slaughter cannot believe that his attack has not been enough to put away the Bollywood actor. He runs his hands thorugh his hair as he gets back to his knees; looking down at the fighting Indian on the canvas. Suddenly, a sick smile appears on the face of The Angel of Death. He slowly gets to his feet, his eyes never moving from the downed man on the canvas; his eyes growing wider as the plan of attack begins to formulate in his head. He slinks back into the corner of the ring and crouches down, just waiting on Veejay getting back to his feet. He finally breaks eye contact with Veejay as he looks out into the deep crowd. Running his finger across his throat, he is signalling to the crowd that this match is as good as over. Veejay finally starts to get back to his feet but he looks groggy to say the least. He reaches his vertical base for only the second time in the entire time this “match” has been ongoing and staggers towards Dorian in the corner. Slaughter wastes no time at all in looking for DEATH BECOMES YOU! He looks to get it locked in and execute the move. But Veejay will not go down! His legs are locked in a stable position and, somehow, manages to find the strength to lift the 300-pound man off of his feet and nails him with a Samoan Drop. The crowd are simply stunned by what they have just witnessed. Veejay crawls across the ring in an effort to make this brief advantage count. He drops an arm over the chest of his opponent as the referee gets into position. This could be it! 1... 2... Kick out from Slaughter!

Copeland: Another near fall in this match. Veejay has done the impossible and certainly has gotten himself back into this match. Simply astounding.

Cohen: It's not over yet, that much is sure. But Veejay is a long way from winning this match. He's got the momentum swinging his way but he needs to make the most of it and press it home.

Both men begin to get to their feet almost immediately after the count but it is the fresher man; Slaughter, who manages to get to his feet first. Slaughter is soon joined by his opponent and grabs him by the hair. Slaughter nails Veejay with a beautiful right hand but Veejay rallies and hits back at Slaughter with a right hand of his own. Veejay must know that his time to shine is now, he needs to make the most of this opportunity and finds it within himself to land a beautiful knee to the gut that doubles over Slaughter. Somehow, Veejay finds the energy and the strength to start to battle back, landing a few chops to the chest of his opponent. Finally, Veejay follows up on his potential by landing a lovely flowing DDT that takes Slaughter back to the canvas. This match has swung momentum once again. But Veejay does not want to go for the cover at this point. He staggers towards Slaughter as he gets back to his feet. Veejay gives a disgusted and spiteful look to Slaughter as he looks down upon him. Suddenly, he flips over his opponent onto his back and struggles to lock in the Half Boston Crab! The crowd explode into life as they see the match is nearing it's conclusion. Slaughter struggles against the move but as it gets locked in, the pain in his face is clear for everyone to see!

Copeland: You would never have seen this coming at the start of the match. But the fighting spirit of Veejay is shining through very brightly right now. If he can make Slaughter tap out right here, he will be heading to Unscripted to fight for the Heavyweight Championship!

Connor: With Slaughter in the middle of the ring, this could very well be the moment that Veejay has waited for. We could see an end to this match right now!

Slaughter struggles to make it to the ropes. But Veejay has enough to fight against the movement from Slaughter. Veejay levers himself against the back of Slaughter, putting everything he has left into the move that he hopes will earn him a Championship shot. But just as Veejay's fighting spirit cannot possibly be measured, the same can be said of his opponent. Finally, Slaughter begins to pull himself towards the rope; every movement he makes sending jolts of pain from his legs throughout his entire body. Slowly but surely, Slaughter makes his way across the ring; reaching out for reprieve and the ropes. With one final push he reaches for the rope. But Veejay pulls him back across the ring, locking in the move again. But with the instability of the Boston Crab after the move towards the middle of the ring, Slaughter is able to turn over and kick off his opponent. Veejay staggers backwards and falls into the corner. With a furious look on his features, Veejay moves back towards Slaughter in the middle of the ring. But Slaughter is ready for him and immediately rolls him up with a small package. The referee is stunned but immediately gets into his position. 1... 2... Kick out with not a moment to spare!

Copeland: Veejay cannot afford to get complacent now. He has swung this match back to an even base but he simply has to concentrate.

Cohen: A lot of better wrestlers have fallen victim to that failing, Seabass. You get yourself so wrapped up in the fight, you smell victory. But you have to concentrate on what's in front of you.

A stunned Veejay pops out of the pin and gets back to his feet. However. Slaughter is also back on his feet; perhaps a little slower due to the damage done by the Boston Crab. Veejay launches himself at Slaughter, hoping to capitalise on the damage he has inflicted. He nails Slaughter with a few punches and back him up into the corner. Slaughter tries to fight back with a lariat but this time it is Veejay who manages to duck under the flailing limb. Veejay manages to follow up on this advantage with a vertical suplex that takes Slaughter back to the mat! Veejay can sense blood in the water now as he slowly gets back to his feet. He gives Slaughter another horrible look of venom before spitting down where he lies. He signals to the electric crowd that he is going to put Slaughter away and that the VICTORY LAP is imminent! He gets behind Slaughter as the Angel of Death starts to get back to his feet. This could be it for the Bollywood Actor and he knows it. He patiently waits for Slaughter to get to his feet and then hoists him onto his shoulders with everything that he has left in the tank. But Slaughter is not going to go out this way, he wriggles on top of Veejay's shoulders and then finally falls back to the canvas and onto one knee. Veejay realises that he has to put Slaughter away so instead looks for the NIGHT IN BOLLYWOOD! It looks as though Veejay has just about locked in the submission! This is surely the end for Slaughter!

Cohen: This is it!

Connor: I don't think that move has been locked in effectively though, ladies and gentlemen. Wait a minute!

Suddenly, Slaughter rolls over onto Veejay and locks in a move of his own; TOMB OF THE MUTILATED! No one in the arena can quite believe what has just transpired. From Veejay looking as though he was about to end this match, Slaughter is back in control. Veejay fights against the move but eventually succumbs and the move sinks in. The crowd do not know who to cheer or boo in this situation as a massive mixed reaction swells. Slaughter really puts some pressure onto his opponent. Veejay struggles and struggles but he cannot see the ropes or any relief in sight... Veejay has to tap out and the crowd cannot believe it!

Connors: I cannot believe what I have just witnessed. Veejay has finally succumbed to Dorian Slaughter and this match is over.

Cohen: Slaughter was always my pick!

Copeland: You have to consider the damage that Dorian Slaughter inflicted onto Veejay before this match even got going. It was a valiant fight from both men. But you have to believe that Veejay would have went onto win this match had it been contested fairly.

Harrys: Here is your winner and the man moving onto fight for the WZCW Heavyweight Championship at Unscripted.... Dorian Slaughter!

Veejay is finally released from the hold as Dorian slinks out of the ring and slowly stumbles up the ramp. He has done it!

**********************************

Backstage we see Mikey Stormrage stretching before the big match. Matt Tastic however appears next to him. The two stare each other down seriously. Matt stretches his hand out. But Mikey ignores it.

Matt: So that's how it ends? You just turn your back to what got us this far? Our support? Our teamwork? Look at how The Elite ended up. They imploded. We gonna end the same?

Mikey: No.

Mikey hugs Matt, catching him off guard. Mikey lets go and pats Matt on the shoulder.

Mikey: Thanks for everything, brother. But I'm just not gonna lose tonight.

Mikey walks off leaving Matt somewhat conflicted but at least reassured.

Hell_In_A_Cell.jpg

Connor
: This is going to be brutal.

Copeland: Unquestionably Cat. Folks what you are about to witness is the culmination of a war that has encompassed WZCW for the better part of a year.

Cohen
: The Elite vs Live Mas is a feud that has gotten to such a boiling point that is must be settled within the most diabolical structure known to man: Hell in a Cell.

Connor
: Now we informed you earlier tonight that WZCW World champion John Constantine would not be medically cleared to compete tonight.

Copeland: And while that is still indeed the case, we’ll be joined on commentary tonight by a former member of the Elite, and a man who would very much like a front row seat to the final battle between these two factions.

Harrys: Ladies and Gentleman, please welcome former three time WZCW World Heavyweight champion and Hall of Famer, “Showtime” David Cougar!

The fans in the All-State arena deliver a standing ovation as Showtime walks on stage soaking in the massive roar of the crowd. He walks down the ramp as the massive cage is being lowered and makes his way to the announce table to join the commentary team.

Copeland: Glad you could join us here tonight Showtime.

Showtime: Glad to be here Sebastian. Tonight we’re going to witness three of WZCW’s best and three men I know very well absolutely kill each other for the greatest prize in wrestling today.

Cohen: Now with Constantine gone you obviously must be rooting for your former Elite brethren Ty Burna right?

Showtime: Considering the last time I stepped into a ring Ty practically kicked my head off my shoulders I’m not sure that’s the case Jack. Though I’d be lying if I said a man that evil and ruthless doesn’t have the best chance of surviving in this environment.

Connor: Well the cell as finally lowered; let’s take it to the ring to officially start this contest!

rnRXgVI.gif

Tale of the Tape
• There will be a new champion, as Constantine was taken out by Ty and Dorian Slaughter during the pre-show
• Team Live Más has had issues lately while Ty has been significantly more vicious than usual
• Of the three men left in the match, only Mikey Stormrage has not held the WZCW World Title

Harrys: This contest is now a triple threat Hell in a Cell match! And is for the WZCW World Heavyweight Championship!

Harrys: Introducing first, from Orange County California, weighing 238 pounds, Matt Tastic!

Copeland: The man that has overcome all the odds to become world champion recently lost the belt to Constantine. With the current champion now out of action this may be Tastic’s one last show to reclaim the dream he lost.

Connor: The man arguably at the center of the Elite/Live Mas war. The man who you Showtime beat all the way back at the Lethal Lottery the same night he first won the World title.

Showtime: He is the man we all said couldn’t do it but somehow shocked the World. He has made a believer out me but the question is does he have it within him again to win the big one.

Tastic makes his way down the ramp feeding off the fans cheering him own. He stops just short of the open cell door and begins to feel the edges of the cold hard steel. After a few seconds of hesitation Tastic enters the cell and then the ring to pose on the turnbuckle one last time.

Harrys: And his opponent, weighing 240 pounds, Ty Burna!

Connor: Now this is the man who earlier tonight on the pre-show along with the winner of the Gold Rush tournament Dorian Slaughter took out our World Champion Constantine, a man who at the very least was an uneasy ally in the code of The Elite.

Showtime: Well you learn after dealing with Ty Burna for some time now that he is not a man to be trusted. He took away Constantine’s chance to defend his belt and now one of the three remaining competitors will become the new World champion.

Cohen: But that’s why Ty is so brilliant. He did what neither Tastic nor Stormrage had the wherewithal to do and with his experience in this brutal structure the belt is now his for the taking!

Ty walks down the ramp with a diabolical smile on his face and enters the cell like it’s his vacation home. He enters the ring but keeps his distance from Tastic as the two men await the final competitor.

Harrys: Making his way to the ring, from San Francisco, California by way of Indianapolis, Indiana, weighing 325 pounds, Mikey Stormrage!

Copeland: The man who entered this match much to everyone’s surprise is Mikey Stormrage. After Constantine threw down the challenge Stormrage showed a determination that we’ve never seen before pinning the champion in tag team action.

Cohen: Yeah, after Tastic did all the heavy lifting.

Connor: Are you saying Mikey is riding Tastic’s coattails?

Cohen: Tastic’s coattails aren’t nearly big enough for Mikey to ride. What I’m saying is that this new side of Stormrage isn’t nearly on the up and up as people think, but it might lead to him becoming the new champion.

Mikey walks down the ramp with a focus and determination similar to that of a man possessed. He enters the cell closing the door behind him and enters the ring as the ref calls for the bell.

Copeland: And we’re off!

Tastic and Stormrage look to each other, almost as if it has become obvious that they will team up against Ty. The harbinger notices this and immediately gets on the defensive. Live Mas come together and Ty begins to back himself into a corner. Tastic looks to make the first move against the lone member of The Elite until Mikey turns him around and hits a devastating Falcon Punch!

Cohen: I told you, Mikey’s jealousy has manifested itself to backstabbing levels tonight!

Showtime: There are no friends in this match up! What Mikey is doing is proving that he’s ready to take what he feels he’s earned.

Ty laughs as Tastic rolls under the bottom holding his head in pain. However his enjoyment doesn’t last long as Mikey immediately gets on the attack throwing right hand after right hand into Ty’s face. He Irish whips him off the ropes and Ty bounces off the other side right into a side walk slam! Stormrage immediately goes for the pin! 1…2….Ty kicks out!

Connor: Mikey is playing no games tonight.

Mikey is still on the offensive as he picks Ty up and goes for a sidewalk slam but Ty slips out and hits a kick to the back of the neck. He takes a quick breather before bouncing off the ropes to hit a running high knee but is met with a cross body from Stormrage. Mikey bounces off the ropes looking to hit a splash but at the last second Tastic pulls down the top rope and Stormrage falls to the outside. As Mikey gets up Tastic meets him with a standing spinning heel kick nearly taking one half of Live Mas’ head off!

Copeland: Tastic returning the favor from earlier.

Tastic wastes little time getting inside the ring and hits a running Lariat neck breaker on Ty. Tastic gets him back up and hits an inverted atomic drop and goes for the pin 1…2….Ty kicks out. Tastic places Ty into the corner and begins to deliver some vicious corner kicks to the chest. In the corner of his eye Tastic seems Mikey beginning to stir on the outside and hits a running baseball slide knocking Stormrage’s head right into the steel structure! He gets back up to focus his attention on Ty but the harbinger his a running knee strike taking Tastic down!

Cohen: And this is where the manipulator of chaos will begin to take advantage of the dissension in the ranks.

Ty picks up Tastic and hits a face breaker DDT. He then rolls to the outside and Irish whips Stormrage into the cell for good measure. He goes under the ring and comes back out with a steel chair in hand. He quickly goes under the bottom rope and immediately tries to smash Tastic’s head in but Matt moves out of the way just in time. Matt delivers a drop kick sending Ty who still holds onto the chair to the outside. Tastic then gets a running start looking for a suicide dive but in midair is met with a thunderous chair shot to the head from Ty!

Connor: What a brutal shot!

Showtime: And that’s the time of brutality that is needed to win a match such as this. Ty knows that and is firm control.

Immediately is noticeable that Tastic has a major gash on his forehead and blood begins to spill out like candy from a piñata. Ty sees Stormrage recovering on the other side of the structure and charges to deliver another chair shot to the head of Mikey! Stormrage crumbles to the ground as Ty admires his handiwork in taking down both members of Live Mas. He works his way back to the other side of the cell and throws Tastic under the bottom rope and goes for the pin 1…2…Tastic just gets his shoulder up! Ty immediately gets on top of Tastic and delivers shot after shot right to Tastic’s open wound. He then locks in a reverse STF as the ref looks to a bloody Tastic to see if he wants to tap out.

Cohen: It may just be a matter of time before Ty Burna is once again WZCW World champion.

Copeland: Tastic might not be able to take much more of this torture.

As Matt screams out in pain as Ty applies more pressure on the hold it looks as though the former champion may be about to tap. He stretches his hand to try to make it to the ropes but can’t reach. Just as it looks as though he’s about to slap his hand down for a submission loss Mikey dives in the ring at the last second to stop his hand! He then delivers a stiff shot to Ty breaking the hold completely. An infuriated Ty immediately gets back up and meets Stormrage with a forearm causing more pain to his already damaged head. He then goes to the outside to get his steel chair and sets it up in sitting position. He gets up Stormrage and looks to deliver the Desecration Annihilation until Stormrage reverses it into a Samoan drop right into the chair!

Showtime
: This might be Mikey’s opening to finally do some damage to Ty!

Ty begins to roll around the mat in pain clutching his back. The steel chair is broken and bent after the move and Mikey gets to his feet and gets back on the attack hitting Ty repeated backbreakers to weaken the harbinger. Mikey then goes the outside and looks under the ring and brings out a table much to the fans applause. He gets in the ring and smashes the edges across Ty’s back causing him to yell in pain. He sets it up and places Ty on it and motions to the fans for a Stormrage Splash!

Cohen: Oh no, Ty might never be able to recover if Mikey hits this move!

Right before Mikey looks to jump Tastic leaps onto the top turnbuckle! His agility catches Mikey off guard giving Matt the chance to hit a hurricanrana sending Stormrage right through Ty and the table! The fans go crazy as the ref begins to check on all three men as none of them are moving. Eventually Matt crawls over to Ty who’s laying in the wreckage of the destroyed table and goes for the cover.

Thr-NO! Ty just gets a shoulder up!

Cohen: What perseverance.

Connor: Ty’s still got some fight left in him I see.

Copeland: Still, what a fantastic maneuver from Matt.

Tastic slowly being to crawl over to Stormrage to try another pin 1..2…Mikey kicks out! Tastic pleads with the ref insisting it was a three but the ref tells him otherwise. He slowly gets himself back up and uses his entire strength try to get Mikey up for a headache driver but Mikey breaks out hits a Live Mas Slam followed by a cover 1…2….Tastic kicks out! A frustrated Mikey gets Tastic up looking to hit the Game Over but Ty interrupts hitting a high knee sending Mikey to the outside. He then hits Tastic with a Straight Jacket Suplex. Instead of going for the cover however he throws Tastic to the outside near Stormrage and follows. He then rips the protective mat covering off the ground revealing the concrete surface below. He then motions for the Desecration Annihilation!

Copeland: Oh no, Ty is going to break Mikey and Matt’s neck!

Showtime: Those two better do something quick or it’s all over for them!

Ty picks Tastic to deliver the move on first, but as he gets him in perfect position and lifts Tastic off his feet the former champion is somehow able to get his arms free and grab onto the cell to keep himself safe. He uses his legs to deliver a couple shots to Ty’s face freeing himself and then proceeds to climb the structure.

Cohen: What the hell is Tastic doing?

Ty begins to wonder that same question as he sees Tastic getting higher and higher but his thoughts are interrupted as Mikey begins delivering shot to Ty’s face. As both men begin to fight Tastic gets as high on the cell wall as he feels he needs to and flips off the cell wall hitting the Screw Attack on both men with all three crashing onto the concrete!

Connor: OH MY GOD!

Copeland: Tastic just hit a corkscrew Senton not only taking out his two opponents but possibly himself!

Cohen: What an idiot! He may have injured himself as much as Mikey and Ty!

Showtime
: Tastic has put it all on the line tonight but he may have taken himself out of the equation.

None of the three men move at all. The ref carefully checks on all of them before throwing his arms up in the air signaling for medical attention from the back. After about a minute or two a multitude of EMT’s rush from the back with stretchers as fans look on concerned. The ref unlocks the cell and instructs the EMT’s to strap each man onto a stretcher which they do and begin to wheel each of them out of the cell.

Showtime: Well we said these men would kill each other, but we hoped they would all at least walk away under their own power.

Fans begin to boo at the medical team’s involvement until they begin to cheer at the sight of Mikey fighting with the medical staff to release him from the stretcher. A fire seems to be reignited in Stormrage as he’s able to rip off his restraints and immediately goes to attack Ty on his stretcher. He rips of Ty’s restraints and flips the stretcher before delivering more blows. He picks up Ty looking to hit the Game Over but Ty weasels out and begins scaling the side of the cell to escape Stormrage. Fans begin to cheer as Mikey follows scaling up the cell himself.

Copeland: At Kingdom Come 4 Mikey was afraid of heights when he his then tag team partner captured the tag team titles in a TLC match. Years later Mikey has overcame that fear and might just be on track to winning the World title for the first time!

Tastic sees his opponents beginning to scale the cell and immediately does his best to get out his restraints and begins to slowly make his way back toward the cell to follow the action. Meanwhile Ty gets to the top of the cell thinking he’s made it to safety only to look back in horror as an enraged Mikey is about to make it to the top going right for him. Ty immediately goes on the defensive stomping away at Stormrage as he makes it to the top. Mikey begins to fight back however and both men hit each other with haymaker after haymaker as the fans rage on in excitement. As those two fight at the top Tastic finally makes it to the Cell where he begins to climb against the medical team’s better judgement. The ref knows he can’t stop the action anymore and begins to follow Tastic up the cell. Ty then hits Stormrage with a knee to the gut looks to go for the Desecration Annihilation but Mikey reverses it and hits a Falcon Punch! He gets up Ty looking for the Game Over but Ty slips out and low blows Mikey! Tastic is almost to the top as Ty notices and tries to think what he can do even the odds. He looks over on the other side of the cell and then back at Stormrage. He grabs him then begins to move him onto the edge. Tastic gets to the top just in time to see Ty throw Mikey off the top of the cell straight onto the Spanish announce table!

Connor: OH MY F@#%ING GOD!!!!!!

HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT
HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT
HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT
HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT

Tastic looks on in horror as the medical staff checks on Stormrage as he doesn’t move a muscle. Even Ty is slightly shocked by the outcome and he and Ty look to each other.

Showtime: Ty may have not only just taken Stormrage out of this match but may have ended his career!

A look of furious anger develops on Tastic’s face as he runs at Ty and hits a Charged Shot of chaotic strike combinations! Ty is completely dazed afterwards and Tastic lifts him up for the Headache Driver! He’s barely able to wrap his arm over Ty’s body as the ref makes the cover!

3!

Harrys: And here is your winner, and NEEEEWW WZCW World Heavyweight Champion, MATT TASTIC!!!!!

Copeland: He did it! Matt Tastic has once again become WZCW World Champion!

Connor: Despite the injuries and the pain and the brutal nature of the Hell in a Cell Tastic not only overcame Ty Burna but also a game and possibly destroyed Mikey Stormrage.

Showtime: It was a very fitting end to the saga of the Elite and Live Mas.

Cohen
: Tastic should have left when the medical staff advised him to, all of these men’s lives were in grave danger tonight!

Copeland: But did you enjoy the destruction Jack?

Cohen
: Oh hell yes I did! What a night Gold Rush has been!

Copeland: It's been an historic night indeed Jack, we're signing off for WZCW, have a safe night folks!

The last image we see is Tastic being held up by the ref as blood rolls down his face. He holds up the championship with one arm as the medical staff scrambles below to get all the men to safety.
