ROUND TWO: Snake Eyes & The Thing vs. Zelda & Sonic

ROUND TWO

The ninja and the orange beast blasted past the leader of the Foot Clan and the daywalker in the last round. Meanwhile, the blue blur and Hyrule's princess got past the Real American and a trained killer. Now these two teams stand face-to-face, who is going to advance?

I know Zelda has this supposedly impenetrable shield, but she's going to have to come out to play sometime if she wants to win, right? Sonic is not getting it done alone on this one. Snake Eyes is a highly trained ninja that, while probably unable to catch Sonic in order to launch his own attack, could easily counter any attack Sonic throws at him. Additionally, there's nothing Sonic could do to hurt Thing. Thing is a guy that can only be damaged by the strongest heroes and villains or the most powerful weapons. Sonic is not strong enough to hurt Thing, and he has no weapons strong enough to hurt Thing.

That leaves Zelda, hiding behind her impregnable shield, biding her time before she has to face a giant rock monster and a ninja even more skilled than she is.

Thing and Snake Eyes. Easy.
