Except he isn't. He's Cena Jr. Half the crowd boos him. Half cheer him. You turn him heel, the half that boo him now cheer him and the half that cheered him now boo him.

Jason Jordan is getting a better heel reaction than Reigns would ever get.

Jordan gets good heat, but I can't help but feel he's the flavour of the month.

Reigns moves merchandise and is popular with the younger demographic legitimately, which is great. But the sheer amount of hatred Roman invokes was enough to turn Braun Strowman, once dismissed as just another generic big guy, into probably the most over guy on the roster. A great heel elevates who he works with by proxy, and Roman did exactly that. And WWE surely know about this.
