I voted for Christ Benoit.
Simply because he has beaten HBK in the past (regardless of it being a Triple Threat match) he has a win over him. Benoit has just the same wrestling experience as HBK professional (give or take a year) so Benoit knows the tricks and knows that anything and everything can and does happen. He is far superior to Shawn as a beast of a technician and has a large arsenal of submissions in order to work Shawn's dodgy knee and suspect back (which he has carried since the late 90's) Benoit can and most certainly would take advantage.
Shawn Michaels has resilience but for every time he pops back up the Rabid Wolverine puts he back down with a Suplex of sorts.
