This is a third round match in the Hogan Region. It is a Ladder match. It will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

Rules: A briefcase will be hung above the ring and the first person to climb a ladder and pull it down wins.

It's a straightforward one for me this. Graham was a great, but I don't think he was as good as Savage. The stipulation, so often a leveller, has the opposite effect here really - any benefit that the ladder brings will help the leaner, faster, more agile Savage. Savage progresses.

Yeah without the stipulation Savage takes this match. Savage put on better matches. Savage is a global superstar. Savage is better in every way.

Both were golden characters so for me this boils down to the gimmick and Savage in a ladder match would be a fantastic site.

If this was another stipulation I can possibly see Superstar winning but not a ladder match and not against the more agile Savage
