Facebook People, I Choose You! (Question about Facebook)

Welcome to My (And Not Sly's) House
I know next to nothing about FB but I have a page for it for my site. Here's what I'm not clear on though. From what I can find I have three pages for this thing.

Page I usually use:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/kbwrestlingreviewscom/117930294974885?sk=wall

Page 1 of 2 that I didn't know about until today:
http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002882482782

Page 2 of 2 that I didn't know about until today:
http://en-gb.facebook.com/people/KB-Wrestlingreviews/100002882482782

Is there a difference between these three? Should I put one of them out when I'm advertising my page? Is there anything major that I'm not doing/missing so far?

The two you didn't know about are Facebook profiles like you'd make for yourself as an individual. The one you've been using is a proper page. Generally speaking, if you're interested in advertising a website, you want a page. I'd ignore the other two, delete them, or let them fall by the wayside as you please.

Also, in terms of what to do with the page - update it as frequently as you can without making it spam. Research indicates most people never visit a page after they like it - showing up in their news feed is your only hope of getting them to notice you. Do that, a lot.

I have it set up so that every post I make on my site is added to the FB page so it's updated almost daily. So for advertising using the first one is the right one?

Yeah, that's the page you'd want to use to advertise.

Consider personal messages to go along with the updates. A question, comment, or what have you that's related to the post. If you're familiar with TWB (Facebook Page Here), he does this kind of thing and I think it's effective. Consider different images for each update as well - as usual, bright, interesting imagery is catchy for advertising.

I'm kind of a Facebook geek, if you haven't noticed.

I'm not sure I'll ad that in as it's really just a bonus advertising thing that hasn't changed much. I have the comments on there and occasionally make posts about general stuff.
