That would be career suicide.” When asked if he’s had conversations with Christopher Nolan about the next film, he re-iterated, “I won’t say that, but I will say Harvey Dent is dead.”

I'm very interested to see what they've got for Bane, but I'm not sure how Two Face fits into the picture, I mean, why didn't they just save him for the third movie?

There are any number of ways they could use Eckhart in this movie still, as stated before Dent is dead, no one ever said anything about Two-Face, the funeral for Dent was closed casket so no one saw the body, and if Batman could survive the same fall why couldn't Two-Face? as far as how they could still use Two-Face without turning this into a clusterfuck and bad guys, they could just simply show him locked up in Arkham, perhaps throw him a few passing lines, or they could have Eckhart return as Dent in flashbacks, those are just two simple ways to add him to the movie without having him return as a full blown main villain
