Seagal is actually the only person who's missing from the line up in the two films. He's the only one that should've features already.

It is scientifically proven that The Rock makes films at least 10% better. Add him at some point as the lead.

I like Wesley Snipes as the bad guy. That'd work.

I suppose Vin Diesel would fit in somewhat but why have him when you have the better all-round entertainer than is the Rock?
