So, today's Election Day in the states. Forget about McCain and Obama for a minute though. If you could pick ANY person, fictional or real, to be president, who would it be?

Pretty easy choice for me:

Charlie fuckin' Conway.

I'd bring back a former president. No, not Clinton. I'd throw Teddy Roosevelt back in office. The man was no nonsense, no bullshit, straight to the point. He was a NY tough guy, and he did what had to be done for prosperity and equality.

I'd also give Franklin D. Rooselvelt a nod. Any Roosevelt for that matter. Franklin D's "New Deal" gave post-depression America a new lease on life, and effectively pulled the US out of the massive mire it was in.

Either of these guys would work out great.

If I have to choose someone from TV or film, give me Gina Gershon from Commander in Cheif, Alan Alda or Jimmy Smits from West Wing, or Michael Douglas from ID4.
