YESMANIA....

Well we all know that YES chants are running wild all over the globe and BRYAN is getting immense popularity and his merchandise is also really hot all over..
So what do you thing about the future of YESMANIA..Will it run wild like HULKAMANIA or will it start to degrade and eventually bcome extinct..
Well this years WRESTLEMANIA will see both HULKSTER and BRYAN..Lets see who gets more POP... Of course YES chants will make the DOME shake even if BRYAN is not in any match. What do u think...

It depends on the story they tell. It's one thing to give Bryan the belt, but where do they go from there? Does Bryan become a weak champion, barely escaping circumstances that most champions survive easily as they did with his first title run? Do they give him a John Cena run and make him seemingly invincible? If they go with the first one, then the crowd will shit all over it. If they go the second route, then the Yes Chants will probably die - and Bryan might replace Cena as the most polarizing guy on the roster.

In my opinion, they need to take a page from The Attitude Era with this one. I'm not suggesting they bring back the TV-MA format. I'm suggesting they bring back the idea of give-and-take. The reason the Austin-McMahon feud worked so well for so long was because Austin didn't always overcome the odds put in front of him by McMahon. Some weeks McMahon went over. Some weeks Austin went over. We kept tuning in to see which would get the upper-hand that week.

Enough with this attitude era mumbo jumbo, I'm tired of people wanting it back. Whoever wants that era back doesn't even understand wrestling as a whole. :suspic:

Hulkamania was runnin wild during an era of PG. The original poster is trying to compare Hulkamania and Yesmania.

The only reason why Hulkamania ran wild was the consistent years of Hulk holding onto that WWE Title with a mix of media appearances. Bryan's chant is becoming a huge success around the world. YES chants are filling up all sorts of sporting events, this is something WWE SHOULD capaitilze on but imo will not. It all comes down to the booking aspect. Bryan could lead the charge as the top new babyface but you do realize who runs the company, right? Vince and/or Mr. H's will never ever let a small guy like Bryan become such a mega star in a company full of jacked up beef bros.

Nothing ever will be bigger than Hulkamania.

The YES chant is just so easy to do that it could have the same impact as Hulkamania did. Im sure back in the 80''s, 18,000+ people weren't chanting some Hogan slang at a random Basketball game. If WWE ran the ball with this YES chant and let Bryan be a top dog, this could bring WWE to new heights across the globe. WWE needs to stay relevant in the media, outside of wrestling. This could be their moment.

Why does everything have to be so extreme? why does bryan have to be completely weak or totally invincible?

Theres always going to be a fair bit of underdog with bryan being small guy, but he can still have his segments where he dominants. Despite looking so un-threatnening that gets forgotten in a heartbeat when he starts flying around with drop kicks roundhouses and suicide dives like when he took out all three members of the shield one smackdown http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6X-e1CVc310, or is picking apart an opponent like he did to Orton on raw or sheamus at extreme rules in 2012.

He's shown he can develop and build on characteristics he went from total vanilla face to very entertaining wesley heel to funny comedy act to an intriguing inferiority complex to an polarizing underdog. He's show he can do what he needs to do to keep things interesting

Yesmania is running wild and wether its yes no heel face Bryan will always be massively over as along as he's performing
