It's been snowing on and off all day, Now it's turned into a snowstorm.

I've got buckets. I'm not about to spend 2 grand when there's a recession.

Rain isn't a problem because the roof is sagging, it just filters down the holes I made. But snow will settle so it'll start to make the whole roof sag.

I own it, total.

I've got the money, but I don't want to spend large sums if I don't have to.

You just make a hole so the water can run and you haven't got a real problem. But snow is a bastard.

The roof will need doing at some point. But it's worthless me buying a ladder as I don't have a garage or garden to store it

True, but why not just repair now while your money is worth more. You'd be putting money back into the market. Hording is going to be an issue that keeps us in a bad spot economically.

I'd be passing the money on to a local repairman, who'd likely sit on it just the same as I am.
