Ok, there is not an ask a question thread is WZCW or anything like that, so i thought this would be the right place to put it.

I was wondering what has to be done to get into WZCW. I have ideas for a guy, but i don't have a whole list of information like i see all of the guys on the roster have. above that, there is only about 2-3 people that made the threads for the roster, Downward Sprial, and some others. So i wondering how to get a character into WZCW, and what i have to do. Thanks.
