It'd a good card, some interesting match ups... I know I personally don't want to be on the card for reasons staff already know, but don't you think it would be a good idea to include everyone like you've been talking about? I just looked at the roster, and there are at least 5 people left off the card with no explenation.

Derf, at this rate every reply to you is going to seem like an attack, because every opinion I think anyone can form of your posts are that you don't have the slightest clue what you're going on about.

It wasn't but a week or possibly two, ago, that you weren't just in here complaining or somewhere complaining about all the Tag Team matches that fill up shows. You then said you surely hope the Pay per view has some nice single's feuds.

NOW.. you're complaining because people who aren't currently in any type of major feud, are left off the card. Make a solid opinion and stick with it man.

I'm not meaning to bitch at you, or at your opinions. You make valuable points. But we are NOT T.N.A. or any other e-fed, or fed in general. We don't jam-pack all of our talent on every single card. We try at times, just because everyone deserves a chance to play the game. (which is exactly what this is, a game, a hobby, nothing serious)

But pretty much like Isy said.. a Pay per view is meant to be something special. It's not like Meltdown, where everyone from the top to the bottom gets on the card.

Take Mike Knox recent addition to the Elimination Chamber. If Mike Knox were to just get a regular single's one-on-one match-up for the Heavyweight title on a p.p.v.. would YOU wanna watch it? FUCK NO.

Each and every individual in this e-fed is great. And will hopefully only strive to get even greater. But that doesn't mean everyone will be on every single card, including Pay per views.

NOW THEN.. if plans go through for the BattleBowl, then yes.. definately look for everyone to be on the Pay per view. But don't come back here then, re-enforcing your complaints over more Tag Team matches.

Derf, how about you tell me.. what will make you happy? Because the list of stuff that seemingly makes you unhappy is far longer than what I'm willing to read.

I love you, you're a nice addition to this e-fed, and your opinions ARE justified. But sometimes, please.. I'm asking.. stop and think before you post, as to why we might be doing something you might not agree with. Thank you.

And you're absolutely right, everyone should be included. Which is exactly why I said what I did about BattleBowl, that you apparently completely overlooked.

JUST SHUT UP.



Everyone is being included the best way that we can deliver based on storylines/roster size/the size of a realistic card. Just because someone doesn't have a match doesn't mean that he or she cannot be involved. Here's how:

a) Simply RP. You can always RP in the practice thread.

b) PM somebody on staff about an idea that you might have. Rarely does anyone come to me about a potential idea for his or her character. It's a two way street. If you have an interesting idea...then we might run with it. We are always willing to talk.

c) RP in a manner in which we simply have no choice other than to put you on a card.


That's it.

Whereas usually I would try and get as many people onto a Card as possible, this is a PPV and being on the card is in itself a reward for the work effort and quality of the roleplays involved. People should strive to be at a PPV, as well as striving to a title shot. Not every ongoing fued makes it into Wrestlemania. Not every battle and fight can see itself at Bound for Glory. And unfortunately, not every single RP'er can be on a PPV card.

I think those on the card, right now, are the best the WZCW forums have, and deserve to be there. I think by not making it an open card with loads of filler matches or matches for the sake of getting people on the card, it adds an air of achievement for those on the card, and a drive for improvement for those that aren't. Those that didn't make it to Apocalypse, look at those that did. Read their RP and, to toot my own horn, read the feedback I gave this week. I pretty much pointed out everything anyone needs to succeed. Read Wills and Sprials current RP's (Which are both incredible btw) and see how they create two entirely seperate scenes and images, they are both great examples of Face & Heel roleplays, some of the best I've seen in a while.

3) Regarding the PPV...not everyone has a match, but that won't stop you from RPing. If you would like to develop the character post a new thread in the main RP board (not PPV or archive) called character development and then your superstars name.

Yeah, usually it's not exactly a "rush" to get it in early. People will generally leave it to the time somewhere in the last 4 days to the deadline.

I always try to do it as soon as I get time. The near-mythical "last rp edge" doesn't exist, doesn't actually exist but ppl try it anyway.

I normally plan my RP content ahead of time. I already know the story behind my next rp before I know the result of my next match, I then rotate what I have around the result. I try to get mine in as soon as possible - it means I can read others RP's without any pressure to try and better them

OK all I have just posted my final RP in WZCW.

I am leaving because soon I am undertaking a huge move in my life and moving to live with my GF and won't have permament internet access or time to RP.

In terms of the fed, I will keep an eye out and wish you all the best.

I'd like to thank Will and Ricky for being easy enough to talk to, even though I have not always agreed with their decisions, I can now appreciate that a lot of it was taken by factors out of your control.

Lee, I wish you all the best in your position as fed head.

Derf - :wink: keep up the great work, if you see this

Iscy - without saying too much I wish things had turned out differently. You are an awesome writer and the Manzo character deserves incredible success.

Michigan, Polley - you guys are beyond skilled and you have incredible ability to put over your characters. A real regret that I never got to work with or against either of you.

I have been in the fed for eighteen months and feel I have improved immensely (I read my second RP the other day and it was beyond poor.) However I have not enjoyed RPing here for an awful long time and as such, my commitment to WZCW has dwindled to the point where it was not fun, which is what this place should be.

Holy Crap!

Didn't even realize this until just now. Just finished my RP thinking it was on time and I now see this?!?!

Checked in earlier this week to see when the RP was due and never saw this post.


So . . if you guys want to penalize me then go ahead. But it was an honest mistake and I didnt know you changed it.

However, if it was a matter of miscommunication, please try next time to coordinate things like this better before you post it up and make it official. Some of us (like me) don't have the time schedules to get on everyday and look at this stuff.

We were still using a 24 hour grace period, so deadline was still midnight EST Tuesday (roughly 17 hrs ago). That was the original deadline time, anyway. So, getting it in now would have been late either way.

I did read it I thought he was there to throw people off. I personally would have had him start talking in Spanish and then slowly have it change to DP's voice and finally he rips the mask off and people would be like Oh my GOD! holy $h1+. No confusion there
