I'd like to reilterate what Lee stated above, in that I'm now the WZCW Staff Liason.
The fact is anyone should aways be ready to talk to the staff, but if you feel you can't, or need to vent, or need a character direction and feel you can't talk to someone on creative about that, then I'm your man. I will fight your cause and talk to people on your behalf. Think of me like a union representative and you want be far wrong.
In addition, Ricky has given me an additional role, in that I am to be the veteran of the boards that will tell anyone when they're out of line or being overly aggressive, smarmy, or just a plain R-Tard. I see this more of an inquisitorial role than a basic witch hunt. I will be fufilling this role on both RP'ers AND staff, so I will be literally looking over everyones shoulder if things get out of hand. That being said, it is a free country and if you can talk it out amongst yourselves without restorting to insults or aggression then you don't have any reason to know I even do this job, right?
In closing, all I want is this fed to go in the direction it can be going. Lee is a fantastic Fed Head, and is doing some great things to ensure that people have a good time here, along with shows on a regular and efficient schedule. I think it can be done, enough to say that I'll be staying with WZCW for the foreseeable future. I hope others stay too.
... Except Shock. You acted like a child. It was somewhat pityful to see, in the same way that kid online saying he's depressed and going to kill himself is. No-one believes him because he's being an attention seeking special child. You know I love your RP work, and I hope you know I don't say things lightly or with melicious intent, but your exit was nothing short of throwing your toys out of the pram and stomping your feet off before slamming the door. All for effect. You lost respect of people for that, and whilst you might be acting like it doesn't matter that it's gone, it is the reason the staff are not fighting to keep you, the reason they couldn't care less about your posting on the boards or your opinion, and honestly it's also the reason that I haven't tried myself to get you to stay, which is a shame as you oozed potential storylines. Respect always matters Shock. That said, good luck wherever you end up.
