I haven't seen any of the Starwars movie either. But this is utter bullshit.

Even Google asked us what side were we in, whether the lights side or dark side, November last year. There's no possible way he could've missed that. Lies! or this guy just doesn't know how to lie.

My Grandmother was born in India, is white though so was mad confusing as a kid, and had "servants" (as my Dad described them at Christmas this year) and all that jazz. I'm happy we traded servants for Star Wars. It seems India is missing out big time.

If I traveled to the deepest darkest jungle in Cambodia and discovered a tribe that could only communicate by clicking, they'd still know what Stars Wars and Darth Vader is.

In all honesty, there's a huge possibility someone from India wouldn't know about Star Wars. While we do get Hollywood movies, they aren't promoted as a well as Bollywood movies. Plus, unless someone follows Hollywood actively, there's every chance they would've missed Force Awakens lack luster promotion here.

It's still hard to believe that someone who frequents an American message board wouldn't have heard of Star Wars.

Inconceivable!

Edit: I'm finding articles saying it's not all that popular in India, but I call bullshit that you didn't see anything about Force Awakens in the past two years online, Shinchan. It was talked about here a lot. Even Cyberpunk, a fellow from India, wears Kylo Ren proudly and his RP character Wren has Star Wars font in his signature.

Or turning on a computer. Star Wars is all over the internet. There's T.V Spots, wallpaper suggestion pop ups, multiple Wrestlezone reply's and the odd thread about Star Wars. There's consistent memes using Star Wars characters, most used is probably Darth Vader.

With the internet at Sinchans fingertips, it's mind blowing that he hasn't seen anything related to Star Wars.

I'm saying I don't believe him on one hand, in the other hand I'm saying this is so unheard of that I can't accept anything other than my other hand.

I'm a rare Indian who has seen every Star Wars movie (except The Rogue one). I'm pretty sure Kapu would know more of XXX than Star Wars.

I still think Kapu is messing with us.

I am quite baffled at the prospect that there are people out there who explore the internet who know more about XXX than Star Wars.

I didn't know about XXX either until an Indian actress was selected for a role in it. I didn't even know Vin Diesel.

I can count on my fingers about which Hollywood movies I have watched:

1. Hulk (First part, not full)
2. Avengers (First part, almost full)
3. Rambo series (Not full, again)
4. Commando (First part, almost full)
5. Slumdog Millionaire (Does it count as Hollywood?)
6. Bruce Lee's movies (Can't remember the names)

I guess that's all.

You know and have watched Commando but know nothing about Star Wars?

What does first part mean? You guys only get a glimpse of Hollywood blockbusters?

Only Aliens I watched were from the cartoon Ben 10. :p

Or the ones in Avengers.

I do remember seeing some glimpses of Terminator. Maybe 5 minutes. Same for Spiderman too.
