WZCW Discussion Thread

TLC was a decent PPV considering the weak card. Full props to Baron Corbin, Kalisto, A.J Styles and Dean Hardcore Ambrose. I'm not a Dean Ambrose supporter , but he's having great matches with A.J and I have to give him props for TLC.

Dagger didn't rush the ring to get noticed by WZ, that was a fail. A subtle dropkick to Carmella or Randy Orton would've been fine. We weren't asking for much Dagger. Sheesh.

Not much just for him to get arrested for assault

Yeah sorry as much as I dislike Nikki I wasn't about to rush the ring lol I posted some pics to my facebook and I'll have a review up tomorrow night if time permits.

You get to the main event, the crowd hype as hell, waiting for the first move. You get closer to the middle of the ring, exchanging words as the crowd exchanges chants for both men. You are nose-and-nose, toe-to-toe, eye-to-eye... staring into each other as the adrenaline pumps through your veins. The intensity is too much, and at the sign of the first punch, the arena feels like it'll explode. But before the bell rings, Mr Banks says the stakes must be risen to top off the greatest Kingdom Come of all time. With a smirk on his face, and a glimmer in his eyes, Mr Banks raises a microphone to his salivating mouth:

"Release the chicken"

That's right! It's Mikey Stormrage vs. Justin Cooper for the World title... in the return of the Chicken match. Bawk Bawk motherfucker.

SNES emulation is one of the simplest ones out there. When I was a senior in high school I loaded one up on this netbook I used to take notes and played whenever classes got boring.

That should influence me to finally go play a Zelda game, but it doesn't. I'll stick to the premiere games of storytelling, like Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Seriously cannot be any easier to run an emulator for the SNES. In fact I went over and above and set up RetroPie on my Raspberry Pi. For a ~$50 project it has paid for itself twice over just from my daughter playing retro games with me. I also brought it with to Thanksgiving last year and my whole family got into this SNES bowling game we used to play all the time.

You may ask why bowling? Well my whole extended family used to run a bowling alley actually. My dad used to bowl religiously as well, he averaged around 200 a game.

I also set up a RetroPie recently. One of the best decisions of my life. Got two gorgeous 8bitdo Bluetooth controllers and even though it was a bit of a pain to get running due to Pi3 kernels causing crashes until the update, it's been running like a dream ever since. I just wish it emulated N64 - I hear the new RetroPie update makes performance better but it also updates arcade romsets and I don't look forward to having to find all the new ROMs for that post-update.

But yeah, I even made a little carrying case for mine. Brilliant to take to hotels and on trips.
