To everyone saying Dagger is crazy for disliking sour cream: you have yet to be enlightened by the awesomeness of hummus. It's healthier, tastes better and a lot less sloppier than sour cream; literally better in every sense (except maybe cost).

And who the hell needs cheese to make anything taste good? I know I'm French, but fuck cheese.

I love hummus.

My favorite brand is Tribe. Instead of a glop of shit in the middle like Sabra they have the flavor swirled throughout the hummus. So far I've tried the Garlic & herb as well as Sriracha. Salsa is waiting in my fridge.

Going to a gym scares me honestly & it doesn't fit my schedule brilliantly. But my secret has been eating better alongside daily sessions of table tennis and a weekly game of football.

The secret to weight loss is better food, smaller portions, and scheduling; however, at some point, you'll need to visit a gym, or something similar, if you want to make your former body fit in your new body (i.e. loose skin into tighter skin, muscle replacing fat).

I've a long way to go before I consider myself happy with my body, but I've lost enough to reach a point where exercise, and soon gym, is unavoidable. I am also scared of going in there and having no clue, but from most accounts, people encourage you and will often help. I suggest possibly increasing your exercise, such as going for a walk, and then try the gym. Should be a breeze.

Wise man says, if you need to lose weight you'll need to workout in kitchen rather than in gym. It worked out well to me and once I had 8 pac abs but that was before I had a job. Job, stress and lot of other things can be another factor too. Now after struggling hard for another 5 months I got 6 pac abs.

In fact going to gym and hitting weights is only going to hulk you up. If you want to build muscles, go to gym. if you want to lose, do workouts without weights. Do as much upper body and self weight workouts you can and watch your diet.

Edit: Try Burpees that's the best way to keep your body in shape and it won't take much time either

Oh I've not finished yet. I've been trying to eat better since the turn of the year but have only done it properly since Easter.

It's got to the point where I'm thinking of going to go for a run in the evenings. This is a huge deal for me because I'm effectively disabled because of a club foot.

Playing table tennis at work with a mate has been the strangest success. But it's because we're very competitive and evenly matched.

I've noticed how much more running around I can do which is great and I've noticed how loose my clothes are now. It's funny how the people that I work with have noticed all of this and are making a bigger deal of it.

I think I'm going to stick with this for a few more months and consider a change of exercise then. I'm always going to be limited to what I can do but I'm much more open to my options.

It's not an options as I have work. The way my feet are I'd rather go in evenings because I can take my time. Partly because after I will cramp up after.

Well then you should try 3 sets of 30 second Burpees. Spending less than 5 minutes a day isn't gonna hurt your everyday schedule take it in the morning or evening. Just an option because Burpee is a full-body workout in under 5 minutes.

I started a weight loss regime.

I'm 6'3"

At the start 264lbs6oz (18st12lbs6oz or 120kg) last week.

Had my first weigh in on Thursday after one week and weighed (drum roll please...)

You weigh less than I do, after I lost 20 kgs... so there's that.

Have you taped yourself? I don't know your workout regime but you could have trimmed off an inch or two off your waist but kept your weight the same from new muscle mass.

After basic I only lost 3lbs, but I went from a 38 in waist to a 34 in waist.

I'm 275 pounds. Overweight and in the worst shape of my life. The Doc said I can't lift heavy things but I really need to start eating right and jumping on my treadmill. My roommate bought it 5 months ago and I've never stepped foot on it. I'm lazy as fuck. My ideal weekend is kicking back, playing Xbox One, watching T.V, eating junk, surfing the net.

Two and a half months ago I was 245.
