I'm into it. I have a small problem when a guy from this era is paired against a guy who wrestled 60 years ago. The ERA problem is a multi-armed five headed dragon. It's not fair to pick one because both would likely fail given their eras involved. So I'm sticking with Roman Reigns going over Vern Gagne because of that reason. Vern gets eaten alive in today's era. Big time.

Assassin's Creed II and it's following spin-off's were the pinnacle of the series. Nothing will ever top the enjoyment of playing Ezio, the rich history, beautiful scenery and an awesome secondary story with Desmond. Black Flag is probably the only game outside of the three AC II games to be anything as good as it was.

Outside of that, the Assassin's Creed franchise can go to hell.

AC3 had some high points in the cutscenes. I remember one where Connor and one of the Founding Fathers were talking, for ease of conversation lets say Sam Adams, about all men being equal. Adams gives the typical all men deserve to be treated as equals, then Connor remarks that Adams owns slaves.

The game itself wasn't bad, but like most AC games its just repetitive and one you play through a one or two of them you have played through them all.

I think you're stretching here, Yaz. Connor was an absolutely horrible protagonist. I understand he is a Native American and they probably cast a voice actor to articulate him properly... but he is just so God damn boring. He has no emotion and no conviction.

I'd say Altair was worse than Connor but at least Ali was their first character from their first game that I'd argue is more a beta or prologue than an actual game. They just completed a series of three games with an interesting character and with that knowledge, they make Connor? No wonder Black Flag was a God-send.

That's many games these days. Call of Duty, WWE games, any sports game ever... then when they do make a cool game or concept, it either sucks hard or they run it into the ground once it hits mainstream popularity. You have to rely on indie games or sift through the bullshit now.

Sorry, this is a sore subject for me.
