Due to the violent nature of my PPV RP, Yaz has allowed me to display it in the Random RP thread to share instead of losing with it for the title match. It's a shame to work on something and not share it, so into the Random RP it goes.

I think FalK had told me the last time a belt-stealing angle was done, it was Kurtesy, but 3-4 years ago. I'm not sure on the timeframe, but it's been a while, at least.

The answer to that question is in my RP against John Doe. Kurtesy took the title belt under the directive of Steven Holmes (since he was in the title match and couldn't take it). Kurtesy physically grabbed the belt but it was Holmes who took it for himself.

I did think that S.H.I.T vs Ty is a PPV quality match, but I did really enjoy that match actually. Probably not the only person who's brow furrowed after the show of respect was followed with a bit of trash talk but I saw what you were going for.

I wish I knew my opponent this early every round. Now I can take a break for a bit and not worry.

I get incredibly frustrated whenever I come up with a general idea for an RP but don't know who I'm up against, since usually it turns the RP to absolute shit. I got away with shoving in a Noah thing last round somehow, but RPs that so obviously go into the roster section just to tick the mention the opponent box in a hammy way go straight to the bottom of the quality pile for me.

The guys who I've got ideas for are all doing stuff this round if there's still another round of the tournament before the PPV, so I might be forced to write the dreaded "do your own stuff and mention who you're facing roughly 75% of the way in before closing on your stuff again" RP. Prince Purple might show up again though, so you know I've got an alright track record when it comes to RPs involving the colour palette.

I thought the boards usually go up less than a day after the shows, which in essence makes them already a few days late.

After this round it's clear we need another creative member or 2.

If the boards are gonna be late it's meh. I'm gonna be done with my RP in a few days anyway (and that's with my horrible procrastination).

And just so everyone knows, concerning the boards, there is an outline in place right now, but we're essentially two men down until Dynamite can let us know if/when he's coming back, and with Haiku being replaced. This is the "go home" for the PPV, and with us having drained ourselves to get the last round out, we want to make sure everything looks the best it can before putting the boards up and filling in the rest of the shows.

I think, and I hope you'd agree, that taking a little extra time to make sure everything is running smoothly, is worth the trade off of waiting for the boards.
