Big Bang and Friends are both shows that I'll watch if they're on, but are not appointment programming by any means.

That said, I would run the tires off of Friends-era Lisa Kudrow.

"Ever made" is a bold statement. I've seen enough Gilligan's Island, All In The Family, and Married...With Children to say that. Present-day comedy may be very slack, but it has not always been like that.

All the shows you've listed are solid, but I don't believe everything that was made during that time still holds up to this day. It also may just be a thing of different strokes for different folks. Comedy is one of the most subjective things, people who love things like Friends or Everybody Loves Raymond may not be a fan of something like Always Sunny or Louie.

Diff'rent Strokes was an amazing show. I know not everything from that time holds up, but there is certainly a fair share of timeless television from the 70s and 80s. And, if you go back further, there's the Three Stooges, or Beverly Hillbillies. Happy Days is losing its touch, but for a long time was considered "timeless".

If there are people in this world, that don't like Louie, I don't want to live.

No show in history has ever been as consistently brilliant than the Simpsons from series 3-9.

Frasier, Raymond and Seinfeld are the main "common" comedies that I still like. Best guilty pleasure show is Will and Grace though, I've watched every episode around 20 times over at this point and I still love it.

I can't believe it is still on the air. I stopped watching about 20 years ago, and haven't found anything interesting about it since.

Alright we can stop bantering about TV shows. We aren't comedians here ;) After all we're all wrestlers. Let's talk about wrestling shows! I do watch WWE, TNA, NXT and NGW

Speak for yourself.

As for current wrestling, I only watch Lucha Underground.

Series 9 was in late 97. I was 3 years old and the damned show was already approaching the cliff it jumped off in the teens... Thank god Australia was 6 seasons behind most of the time. I'm listening to a podcast that's going through and reviewing every episode chronologically and my god are they lucky it'll take them literal years to get to the terrible depth of that hell.

Current wrestling?!? There's still wrestling out there?!? Ummmm uhhhh I thought about maybe watching some wrestling the other day, does that count?

Don't you have any local promotions in Australia? We don't in India but when I was in England I used to watch All Stars and New Generation Wrestling.

I never said watching comedy makes me a comedian. I'm saying that doing stand up makes me a comedian.

The hypothesis will probably be low in that context. Perhaps not. But which Comedy Actor (both in TV and Big Screen) you love the most? I would vote for Jim Carrey.
