KC is coming along nicely. We plan on having the Hall of Fame ceremony go up the day before Kingdom Come, but as it stands I don't have an ETA on when the show will go up.

Back in my day, there were 4-6 G-mods. The fact there's only 2 now is kind of crazy, but I know there's a lot less activity, with the comments on the main page.

Then a year later it was D-Man, X, JMT, and NorCal.
Then the following year D-Man, JMT, and The Brain.
Now it's JMT and myself, which it has been for a year and a half. Heck the staff as a whole, let alone the G-Mod staff, hasn't changed at all since last December when Harthan left.
When I started, NorCal and Sly were both G-mods as well. I think CM was still a WWE mod, and then got promoted when NorCal left for the sandbox.
Which is all still crazy to me. There used to be more turnover, whether it was guys not doing the job right, or leaving for various reasons. Maybe the time has come to shake it up a bit
When you started posting you mean? Sly was an admin in 2009. He was WWE mod whenever I first signed up here. With Will and NorCal if I remember correct.

Yeah turnover was insane up until a year ago. D-Man leaving in January, then nothing for several months until Brain (who I replaced on the G-Mod team) and a few others left halfway or so into the year, and Harthan left in December. We had a grand total of two new mod additions in 2014 year in Habs and Mitch. This year, nothing. No additions and no departures. So far Spidey's already won The Brass Ring award as his getting onto creative is the only promotion that's happened lol
I'd say it's more due to dedication of the people on staff that turnover decreased from common to uncommon to nonexistant. Everyone currently on genuinely wants what's best for the forum.
When I signed up, the admins were IC and Shocky, and Sly was a G-mod. When I was a mod in 2010, he had just become an admin, I think, and I remember that because him and I butted heads on the new (then) spam rules.
I think everyone did then, as well, but in vastly different ways. I still think Sid is a greasy toadfucker, but that doesn't mean he didn't try his best to be a good mod. He was just delusional in his methods.

I just remember how no one wanted dagger do win that mod position over coco at first but I thought he was a great choice.

Not that I'd complain about the break, but would it avoid anyone needing extensions, if the boards went up after KC, and we got the extra week, or so? The RP deadline would be the same, but they'd be open a little early, so everyone has plenty of time to write, no excuses.

I'm sure, once KC is posted, most people will know the direction their character is headed, concerning feuds and storylines. So, opening the boards shouldn't really be needed, but I figure it might help avoid extensions. This time of year, with all the holidays coming up, it's going to be hairy enough as it is.

Understandable. I hate it, but not for the same reason as most other people. I have 2 little girls (5 and 2), that fuckin' love it, and will watch that and Spongebob on an endless loop, if they had their way. Also, Littlest Pet Shop.
I don't think any of these shows are particularly bad. I'm just sick of them. The fact that I was able to help a mom find AppleJack toys in Toys 'R' Us, is too much for me.

I have such a hard time wrapping my head around Spongebob still being a thing. It was on while I was in middle school.
I enjoy a fair amount of cartoons. Adventure Time and Teen Titans Go are among my other favorites.
I'll go out with my mom and she points out every MLP related thing she finds, where as my dad just shakes his head lol. Can't blame him.
