Who said it was a problem? Looking back on them all as I clean out the inbox is like opening a time capsule. Or like clearing out your locker on the last day of school as a kid. So many memories come flooding back over infractions I had completely forgotten about. Although some like Harthan's due to his meltdown (pun intended) will never be forgotten.

There haven't been too many infractions to give out lately. A few borderline posts I'd normally just delete, but not much mod work to be done for a little while now, other than fixing that damn redirect link JackHammer never uses.

I did get an angry PM from some guy I closed a thread on a short while back. Those are always fun.

You mean when those ugly "Moved" things come up after a thread gets moved to another section? Yeah I just go in and delete them. I can't stand those things. Makes the forum look so sloppy and unorganized.

An evil scheme indeed.... Until you realize that 3 of your creative teammates and the resident G-Mod would all still be able to open up the closed threads.

I'm not a real stickler for the deadline. I've told people they can PM me their RPs after I close the boards and I will post it for them. I just figure as long as you aren't four and five hours late, I don't mind.

I personally think there are too many extensions given out, considering everyone has 2-3 weeks, from the time one deadline passes, until the next passes, to think of an RP, map it out, and get it written.

When I first got on creative I pitched the idea of limiting the number of extensions or even eliminating them all together, so I see where you are coming from, but I've since grown to be indifferent to it. So long as people aren't asking for one each round, I don't mind.

I don't think I've had a match yet, where the match I was in didn't get an extension. I know I had asked twice, so I'm certainly as guilty as anyone else, but it's gotten to where I don't ever ask for one, because I know someone I'm against will need one.

I think the only thing that really bothers me about it, is when I (or anyone) has worked hard to post a solid RP, and then an extension is given to someone else in the same match. Meaning I posted early, when I could have held on to it, and potentially put out a better RP.

We did have a PPV once where there were so many extensions I said fuck it and changed the deadline date. I think that was the one time I got upset over extensions.

I've been mulling over a potential rule where if someone asks for an emergency extension, which I never have an issue granting, and their opponent has already posted their RP, that they will be given the chance to rewrite/add to their original RP so long as it gets in by the extended deadline
