So I just got Linkin Park's Recharged. I didn't know this existed until last night. It's.... weird. I have been waiting for a second remix album for years, I guess us fans should be careful what we wish for. Maybe it will grow on me.

As soon as I get my car im joining a new gym that's opened in the town over. He's a pro fighter and wants me on his competition team. So im super excited with that, hes trying to get affiliated with luke Zechariah's gym in Columbus Ohio, he's fought in the ufc and such. But if that happens we are going to work with Brazilian ju-jitsu so I'm super stoked for that. Ive even went as far to say that i'd grapple luke, fuck it. What if I beat him?? What would that say for me? Im excited, and as far as im concerned I dont care, the only way im going to get good is to challenge myself

Back to real life now.... im close to 100 lbs of weight loss, 371 to 284 isnt bad. I also had someone back out on me for my first fight at super heavy. Dude is a 3-0 boxer and wont fight me because I clowned on his wrestling coach and choked him out in about fourty five seconds with a d'arc choke. Oh yeah, his coach spent about the first twenty minutes of the training session bragging about how he wrestled in college and went to state in high school. It was pretty funny, and he weighs about 265.

He fights for a team with like 30 fighters on it, and I have no fights under my belt. But here is the big kicker, hes fighting a no record at the show I was trying to him to fight me at. Fucking pussy....

It's time for that name change, bro!

Can't go wrong with Nightwish. Speaking as someone who owns a copy of everything they have ever released, even their weakest material (the first album) is enjoyable. Oceanborn (the one Theron's theme comes from) is 5 stars across the board with the exception of one track on it.

Can't go wrong with Nightwish. Speaking as someone who owns a copy of everything they have ever released, even their weakest material (the first album) is enjoyable. Oceanborn (the one Theron's theme comes from) is 5 stars across the board with the exception of one track on it.

I quite like Nightwish. They're probably not in my top 10 favourite bands ever, but they're probably the most enjoyable out of the symphonic metal bands. I'm more of a NWOBHM/original thrash metal guy, so bands like Metallica, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Anthrax, Black Sabbath, Motorhead and Slayer take up most of my phone.

Good to see some fellow metal heads. I lean towards the more heavier side with Folk and Melo-death but dabble in a bit of everything. One of my current favorite bands is Pagans Mind. Outer space prog metal is what I'd call it.

Sirenia, Tristania, Epica... There are a buttload of good symphonic bands roaming around that get them operatic feels going. Nuclear Blast Records are the guys to check out for all that stuff.

I'd also put Amaranthe there as well.

Hmm...

Unleashed, Storm the Sorrow and Never Enough are my favourites but the band is known for their song Cry for the Moon. It's a long song that slowly builds up.

Those four should give you an idea of what the band is capable of acheiving. If you can't get into them with those songs then I don't know what else.

I use a website called The Top Tens that allows me to search for the top 10 songs from any band and I check the best ones out. It has helped me alot - try it for bands like Epica.
