Alhazredina.

I hope that's the baby's real name. I'm sure she'd have fun trying to learn to spell THAT name! If your wife doesn't allow it, blast with the power glove on level 5 until she agrees!

Ech, I was given a Bieber maniquien and I chopped its head off.

That's wonderful news.

BVB, PTV, Panic, MCR, ATL and likewise FTW

ATL is the only one here that's any good. BVB do nothing for me. What are your thoughts on Sleeping With Sirens, Asking Alexandria and Of Mice and Men?

EDIT:

Also, feedback is up for those who asked for it.

It's good to see you can tell Hunter is starting to lose his mind somewhat. That was one of the main things I wanted to accomplish in this RP and i'm glad it was clear what was happening there.

Reading over the RPs for the contract battle royal. Having a tough time picking a winner. None of them are bad, all solid in their own way, so props to everyone involved.

If Yaz fails to pick a winner, none of you get in. That's the only fair way.

I don't know who any of those groups are. Young people these days. If you can't see it I'm shaking my old man cane at you.

I know MCR is My Chemical Romance and Panic is Panic! At the Disco. Other than that, I have no idea who any of those bands are, but I can only assume they are the modern equivalent of my class's Fallout Boy, Deathcab, and Atreyu: AKA shitty music most kids listened to in high school.

Yeah, pretty much.

Also:

I realise that some may find it hilarious and others will think it's the dumbest piece of shit they've ever watched. Enjoy.

I'm pretty sure My Chemical Romance and Panic At The Disco either predate or are from the same time period.

My taste in music has not really changed since I was in school - my favourite bands from then are still amongst my favourites now. However, I would say that it likely has something to do with me not getting into music at all until I was about 17.

Izzy Stone went up a couple notches if she's a MCR fan. I love that band. They're horrendously misjudged by the masses. They're not emo or screamo. They're just a band that is heavily influenced by movies, pulp, and themed theatric albums. The Black Parade is a better "rock opera" album than American Idiot.

Whilst I wouldn't say that they're that wildly misjudged they're pretty open about the pomposity of their music and probably have more in common with a band like Muse than Screamo. The lead singer's voice is just pretty damn well suited to that genre.

I'm not a HUGE fan of MCR (I think the last album was probably the best as a whole) but they're one of the few bands that can put out albums with enough quality songs to justify at least a full listen if not a purchase.

EDIT: I just realised that my bands former sound guy at one of the venues we played regularly a few years back was the original singer for 'Waysted' and did the vocals for the version of Handbags and Gladrags for the Office.

He was a scary motherfucker...

I don't mind their music all that much, but what bugs/bugged me about MCR was that they were specifically trying to pattern their career after Smashing Pumpkins. That was just weird.

:lmao:

Also, Black Dragon called, he wants his font back.

Stop ducking me and accept the match.
