WZCW Discussion Thread

I have to say I'm much more confident about my chances in the tournament now. And if I happen to face Zeus in the final, I'm going to do everything in my power to fuck the bitch up.

Remember how you said you had a template for your cycle, and I was the finals part of the template.

I've had something prepared for you, too.

Just a heads up, reason I'm so late to ask for extensions is I never really know what my week is going to look like until Monday. Yes, I'm aware I have almost Tuesday-Tuesday to write it, and procrastination does play a factor. I mostly write from/on my phone, but they recently cracked down on phone usage at work.

So add those multiple things together and you don't get a lot of time to write.

Oh, and I get every other Wednesday and weekend off. So far that has yet to be on my advantage here. It always falls AFTER deadline.

Not an excuse, just an explanation.

I am somewhat disappointed that the WZCW European Tour is not coming to Belfast.

Trust Blade to leave it out, that no good southerner.

I was considering Belfast, but we only had a certain number of shows allocated to the UK and Ireland area. We'll have Meltdown there next time. If you're nice to me.

I may not be using Phoenix right now, but that won't stop me from ruining your life.

If I thought you were going to make it past the first round, I might believe you.

So, my faux 50's party has me thinking... I've never particularly enjoyed the character rep I chose for Zeus. And the more I look at him, the more I think Damien Sandow could work, instead of Rick Viktor.

Thoughts, anyone?

A week like this where there's a bunch of no-shows is upsetting, but there's always a few positives in moments like these. For one, it gives some room for people to jump up the card and start impressing people. The fed is all jolly good fun, but if you want to make some serious leaps and bounds in the fed this round and the coming round are the place to do it.

It's in the works, I had to pick up some extra shifts at my new job, and had to clear some things out with my financial aid. It's about half way done.

I think that's true. I came away from Vega's RP very much impressed. There's gonna be about two of three more people these next rounds that I think are really going to impress. And one of them I think's gonna come from the Howard/Runn match.

I'd say another comes from Krypto/DC, but... Well, that's just not going to happen.

Which one do you like to write for, Phoenix or Westhoff?

I enjoy them both, but I think I'm enjoying Westhoff more just because I've actually done some character development with him. If I had written him properly, Phoenix would be the better character by a landslide.

If I thought you were going to make it past the first round, I might believe you.

I hope we face each other just so I can bribe someone else on Creative to have the ending be Phoenix jumping out of the crowd to distract Blade with Mason rolling him up for the win.

May I suggest not talking about the benefits of no-shows if you haven't finished yours the day after the deadline.
