When people ask me to help them move, it's usually the worst. In a student-town like Stellenbosch, you always have some poor fuckers who have to move out by the end of the month. Nothing is packed in boxes, organized to go and my poor Jetta can only load so much into her gigantic trunk.

A friend of mine is kinda sorta dating this older woman (he's 25, she's 33) and the way I see it, it's just a physical deal. Bit of a butterface... Anyway, he claims he got road-head from her for helping her move, but I call bullshit. My guess is she gave him a handy afterwards. Still good, though...

Moving days can be a crap shoot. Anybody have any good moving stories?

Moving from Dubai (don't ask) back to Ireland when I was 11, we had to stay in a rented house for nearly a year because our new house wasn't ready yet. All our belongings, including my toys, books, etc. were kept in storage.

So after a year in the rented house, we finally moved into the new place. The next day, all our boxes of stuff arrived. Once all my boxes were moved into my room, I dug through them until I found my wrestling toys, and I took them all out. I sat in my room for like two hours, surrounded by boxes of unpacked stuff, having my own action figure Wrestlemania.

Just as action figure Kurt Angle was defeated by action figure Kane in an absolute classic, my brother called me from upstairs. He had finally found the N64! We had spent a year only playing our friends' PS2's, so we spent the rest of the day playing Smash Bros. And that's why I miss being a kid.

One thing I can think of is when one of my mates moved out of the rented house I was living in last year, a 17 year old female was driving a truck with four 22+ year olds on the truck, holding the furniture in place as she drove from one suburb to the next. The only reason why she was selected was because she was the only person who could drive manual or "stick" out of the 5 people. Plus, she only just got her licence and the roads were... hard to navigate, to say the least.

First time I was booted out my parents house, I could fit nearly all my stuff into a hand luggage suitcase... Still can actually. Easiest mover ever.

Deadline was Wednesday with a handful of "soft" extensions that were 18 hours. We have a little bit of time before we cross into it being a week.

I remember FalK saying it would be a Sunday/Monday release. But then I saw Kermit yesterday saying he needed to write his match(es).

Looks like you missed the Yaz post that actually said why the show was delayed a day. However, I openly welcomed the extended time as I also had my own form of emergency. Anyways, my matches are done. Still some stuff matches left to be turned in though.

Why don't you guys make a locked thread that only staff can update to post status updates on the show. If there's gonna be a day delay you can post it in there and not have to answer questions again and again.

Yaz had a family emergency and would not be able to get his last match in on time last night because of it. He can explain in full detail if he wants, but it's not my place to give specifics. I myself had to get my car towed after work so I was looking at a late night finish time anyways and one other person was having some issues. Therefore the call was made to push it back a day in order to assure quality and give Yaz the time he needed. However, Yaz mentioned in his post that the delay was all on him, but I'm here saying that it is as much on me and others as it is him.

Why don't you guys make a locked thread that only staff can update to post status updates on the show. If there's gonna be a day delay you can post it in there and not have to answer questions again and again.

I'm moving in six days. I haven't started packing yet, but I'm probably only going to take clothes, some linens, my TV, my video games, and some camera equipment. Oh, and my laptop of course.

When I was in college I had to move at least once a year, often twice. That shit sucked hardcore, especially when I had to move from one dorm to another since it felt so pointless.

That is one thing I have never got about university halls/dorms. I know that some halls are used over the summer for camps and visitors, why can't you retain the same room throughout your tenure at the same institution?

Makes me glad that I got to share a house with my best friend.

I'm not gonna lie. Post kc I'd like to see the soft extensions stop, and see us go back to the old tuesday format. I've been guilty of asking for extensions. But when u say the deadlines one day, and have to wait 18 hours for someone to wrap it up. Then to me it should be a case of tough tits. We all have a week or whatever. I can understand an hour or two or three. Shit kinda happens. But that long is taking advantage of a nice crative team.

I'm making an effort to actually sit down and start writing my shit out earlier. I've always hated people who crank shit out in the last two hours anyways. Assholes with your super fast typing, anyways.

I agree. On a side-note, I really have enjoyed your portrayal of Bowen struggling with anti-hardcore stuff recently. I know we kind of talked about that when you were coming up with new ideas. Glad to see some substance from it.

I've been talking with crock and HH. I'm gonna still keep the "hardcore" aspects of Bowen. But sort of move him into this hybrid risk taker loose cannon. Still submissions, still doing dangerous shit. But with zero reguard for anyone. Hence the " death machine" nick name. Think of it as Mick Foley meets Brian Pillman.

I'm thinking suicide dives, moonsaults, shoot promos, and general tomfoolery that will see Bowen spend some time In the slammer.

SHIT thinks sex is disgusting and all those that practice it should be terminated, which ironically means you should be safe. However once its done twisting Krypto up like a pretzel *********ing will prove difficult.
