WZCW Discussion Thread

This place is dead today. A general note to the majority of Rpers this round. I'm really liking a lot of what I am reading. Combined with last round, it is awesome to see the majority step up their game for the KC cycle.

I really hope I'm one of them. I feel like I've done better the past two weeks.

Let's discuss, at length, our latest official NPC

It's been a long time since I've had an official NPC. As in one I have made a bio for in the NPC thread. Right now, none of my NPC really get enough screen time to be considered "official" NPCs.

Reverend Eckhart would be the closest character I have to a new "official" NPC. He's basically a southern preacher type of character who acts as Chris' messenger. I imagine him off-screen following Chris everywhere and proclaiming the "good news" of Chris being a savior. I had originally planned on turning him into a manager in my feud with Ty, but that never came into fruition so I went a different route.

Mine turned out so much better than it was looking 36 hours ago. I like Thrillers as always and I thought DC smashed his, considering this was his attempt to fit the "WZCW style". Those two worked together better than I could have anticipated.

I was shocked at how great DC's was. Not that I didn't think he'd be good, but I'm in love with it. I really like what we were able to pull off.

I think that everyone this round knocked their RP's out of the park.

I think Numbers did an outstanding job on his. I just hope I can keep up with him this week.

DC destroyed his. A great RP there.

If I could get my grammar problems fixed (the stupid grammar checker doesn't seem to catch if I use the wrong "their" or if it should be you're instead of your. :suspic:) my RP's would probably be much better.

Anyone other than me have an over reliance on NPC's? I've pretty much used one every RP since my 3rd match, unless I used a tag partner.

I feel like I will end up going that route since I'm so accustom to tag team RP's. I feel it would've got boring if I just used Emily hence the added addition of The Beardette.

I don't use mine that much, they are just waiting for the right time to be properly re-introduced to the story. While they have compelling characters in my head, I am not sure that translates because I just don't use them that much.

I have that problem. Now that Brent Blaze is gone, Katie Smith will be starring in more RP's.

Though as of right now I have no plans to use her in the next RP. It will star Brent Blaze and The Ringmaster though.

I only use them if one of the four interviewers are unable to fit the personality I need.

I'm with you on this, but not currently in this fed. Once I get the ball rolling I have about six NPCs at my disposal. I use them often to progress storyline while DC usually is primarily the promo. In a social environment of more then three people, DC is actually fairly quiet. It should be fun once I get em all into RPs.

Also, thanks for the good words from Numbers, Thriller, and Meeks. I'm learning a little bit at a time.
