It's clear that WZCW needs a thread (possibly a second that could be saved for the important members of the fed) for announcing that you have posted your RP for the round.

I think it's one of those odd situations. Vegas Comment for instance was one of relief that the soft deadline is a thing. Same for Crock. I was commenting on how I was disappointed with my Lottery RP. If people have something to say along side it I have no issue but just "RP is up" as a post is, I agree, annoying.
