WZCW Discussion Thread

Congrats on the pro-active sperm Numbers.

Congratulations to Numbers. Now with you out of the picture I can finally overthrow the order and take total control of the fed mwahahahahaha All the best.

Oh and a couple of other things. One is a major thank you to FalKon who busted his ass to get everything sorted over Meltdown and Ascnesion.

The second is the reason Holmes was fired and then rehired was simply to push the idea of him a) being mentally unstable, b) push Dave as his nemesis and c) build Bateman's hatred for Dave further. Or maybe there's something bigger that we haven't told you guys about yet ;)

It was just eerily similar to an idea I'd pitched for the SHIT/Barbosa fued which I was dissapointed wasnt used, as I think it could've added some real, sparkle or something, a reason to care anyway.

Had you been planning it long?

Fun fact, this is the second time in a row S.H.I.T's been in a match at Unscripted that has had the fans voting on something

Since when does Phoenix need to be around. He gave me permission. I love that he is involved.

It's no more stupid than countless other things we deal with, like Titus being a WHC contender one month out of 12.

Because Funkay stated that it was to continue Dave and Holmes being Nemesis. Why build a feud with a non active character?

Aside from I'm an active competitor who when loses is dropped down where some people get 5 title shots and still losing.

Just to add it's something I have no issue with just to use that as a an attempt at a dig at me is preposterous.

We've had people feud with management before and no one in management has ever been an active character, save Ty during the AOC angle. This logic says that Austin/Vince was a bad angle because Vince wasn't an active wrestler.

But FunKay's feuding with a phantom. It takes out the entire aspect of RP vs. RP since the character he's feuding with is in charge of a show. I could see this angle working out, but only if creative manages to elevate a face to be Big Dave's champion against Holmes.

It wasn't a dig but to be honest, it seems to be pot-shot month so everyone is fair game.

To be honest, at the moment I don't really case. I've had a stupid lack of sleep.

Night all and thank you for all the messages.

Who is to say they won't? That seems to be 90% of the issue around here lately, everyone wants to bitch about the booking without even considering that it just might lead somewhere. Sit back and see where it goes rather than shitting on everything.

This isn't just you, by the way. You just happen to make a post I could set up a soapbox next to.

I think one of the biggest things that sticks out to me is that one of the rules in the fed rule book was if you had issues with the booking it is better to PM It to creative instead of causing a giant stink in the public. I'm far from saying this fed is perfect, but if I have an issue with it I make my voice heard by talking to Numbers or Kermit directly and privately where nothing can get blown out of proportion. See the whole Cafia Dragon mess.

This is probably one of the most intelligent posts on any of the issues there have been recently. From my perspective, anyway.

You could keep jobbing creative collective knob. It is working for me, I mean how many PPVs can Strikeforce get a title shot and still not win???

... I just said that this angle can work out. The only time I complain about angles is when they lack logic, like the whole keeping Califica Dragon's writer a secret.

That's a stupid rule that seems to be designed for making sure the clueless remains that way. I've gotten some less than stellar responses in the past when I've addressed my issues to creative via PM, so fuck that. I like doing it in public because I can see that I'm not alone in my thoughts.

So the best route to take is by making your gripes known and gather an audience? The last time you did that the discussion thread was locked and creative continues to keep Cafia's identity a secret. It causes more problems then it solves by venting about the booking in public.

Isn't this supposed to be... y'know... fun?

I can't help but feel like people are getting a bit too uptight about all of this.

Is it annoying? Yeah.

Fact of the matter is, the head of creative had a fucking daughter this weekend and Funkay took a round off - they were down to five guys anyway and still managed to get the shows out within a goddamn day of when they said they would.

Unbunch thine panties.

Yes, doing it in public is better. It forces creative to have some accountability.

As for the Califa Dragon thing, I doubt they were planning on revealing his identity anytime soon anyway. Oh, and blaming me for that incident is just ridiculous. I jumped into that conflict after someone on creative (I want to say FalKon) gave Lee and Crock a hard time for guessing it was Ty and then proceeded to mock them.

Why do you care who writes him? Is he in a program with you?

The only thing I care about is how it makes absolutely no sense to keep him secret from a kayfabe perspective. Now that he has a roster page, it's really not that big a deal otherwise.
