WZCW Discussion Thread

Oh no, I do read it, but just wanted to be sure. I just woke up and got on my phone to check if any of the shows where posted and saw them. I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything there.

Fair enough - FWR no-showing kept bull in the mentorship programme. It could be you get on 2 PPVs in a row

Gotta say, I had a helluva lot of fun writing your match. But you were going up against a former world champion, so don't be too disheartened.
What BK said.

And sorry BK, that it wasn't the main event like I said, I totally blanked on Funkay's match being on the show.

I'm just winning! LOL

You're not winning. You're just lucky there was a no show this week. I don't want to be harsh on you, but I'm pretty sure that if FWR would've RP'd, you would've been the one eliminated. You really need to step your game up man. You've improved some since I've been here, but for the most part (i.e besides Joe Mason and Scott Williams) pretty much everyone that debuted after I did has had good success, and you're still stuck in a rut. You're a good guy, but I think you're just not trying hard enough.

I know I ain't winning. It was a little a joke. I actually think of myself as luckiest person here.

I liked the way Kermit wrote his match. Apart from a slew of spelling and grammatical errors, it just had a very good feel to it.

Thanks. I went with a totally different format than the norm. I enjoyed writing it though.

Fun Fact: I had a phobia of writing the Barbosa character before that match.

Very nice round of shows. Big thanks to Dynamite for writing my return match, and my personal debut on Aftershock.

In other news, is it a good thing or sad that I already have a better record in singles matches with Flynn than I did with James?

The problem with King was that there was very little character that shone through in your RPs. The quality of your writing got you a long way.

The problem you will have with Flynn is not retreading boring character stuff and keeping it interesting because the character itself could become vanilla very quickly. I dont think Jam's RP this round was great because he didnt talk too much about the match or his opponents.

That was the biggest problem for me writing for King, I couldn't think of anything to keep his character going. I'm hoping to same doesn't happen for Flynn, due the the area around me. The people around here act pretty much exactly like I wrote this round.

All this talk about the Mayhem title getting revamped...

I've been trying to get a revamp going for the eurAsian Championship since I got my hands on it. On an episode of Meltdown after he won it, Rush even said that he'd unveal a new title "next week". He clearly must have been talking in dog years.

Lord all Mighty, Izzy puit up one hell of a fight. Too bad she lost... AGAIN. *dinosaur rawr*

And I thought a day with no school would be fun...

I'm not just saying this to try to lift your spirits, but you are a solid RPer and you have been making improvements since you started. You have had a pretty tough lineup of opponents. I had a period a couple cycles back where I had gone on a fairly long losing streak, and it does get discouraging to lose, but you have the skill to make an impact, you just have to keep at it and keep improving, and hope you dont have to keep facing former world champions ;)

It's a shame most of the eliminations in the Mentor Program are from no-shows. Until proven otherwise it looks to be Krypto vs Isabel Stone at Unscripted. Hopefully in a mask vs clothes match.

It's a real shame but at least we weed out the wasters and the truly deserving RPers will get on the PPV. And the prize match that comes with winning it.

Holy shit, I pinned Ricky

Because glow-in-the-dark pajama pants went into business for himself. Needless to say, #HEELRICKY is pretty pissed and will not forget. But when the day is done, Ricky will still be ascending to the top to reclaim his rightful place in WZCW/crossing over into relevancy for society at large. GM will still be failing at all attempts to sneak up on people in the dark.

We're deciding on two extremely different variants... but if the boards are late, don't worry - we are going to extend the deadline.
