For what it's worth, Lee has a valid point and it shouldn't be that RPs (save for a few stragglers) have to be written by a strict deadline, but the shows can be one or two days late. On the other side of the issue, we have to understand that people have commitments outside of WZCW and that this is just a fun hobby. Is that a valid excuse? I can't really say. I've never missed a deadline, regardless of what I had going on. Still, if something major came up in my life, I can't say that WZCW would even be on my mind. Lee's speaking from experience, though, so people like Awesome_Miz and whoever else (myself included) can't really comment on all aspects of the issue, as we've never been on creative.
That being said, I don't see a need for all the bickering. An open dialogue between creative and the regulars is excellent, but let's not take that too far. We're all just trying to enjoy ourselves. Once this stops being fun, we seriously need to re-evaluate why we're still sticking around, though.
