I got really put off in Barbosa's RP when I saw he put "Drake Callihan". I still liked it though.

I have had an idea in my head all week for an RP (thanks to JAM), but it's been hard to put to paper and have some of the emotional impact I want it to have. Hopefully, I can get something to click for me over the next day or so.

Haven't had anywhere near the time I hoped to for this RP (been doing lighting for a local drama company for the last week and a half in evenings, coupled with work in the day and also having a new girlfriend). Have had plenty of ideas, but it's all gonna have to be done after I finish work tomorrow. Should be enough time to put together, though I was really hoping to have more done by now. Grr Arg.

I think because we get extra time we tend to put it off, thinking we have plenty of time.

Pancake, I know for a fact you and I spent at least 4 nights on XBL talking about our RPs until 4 in the morning and not actually writing them.

The tournament, a 15,000 word writing commission on camping (that was fun) and some intense studying of English grammar in preparation from post-grad study next month have prevented me from doing anything more than briefly considering what I want to write.

What are you going to be studying? I don't want to simply assume English Grammar.

Teaching English as a foreign language... so yeah; basically just English grammar. You want to know the difference between a lexical and an auxiliary verb then I'll be your man.

I figured I can freelance just as well from anywhere; and the income will be significantly better if I do it in some place like Asia. There seems to be a lot of work over there in adult education, so I figured it's worth a shot.
