Thanks for taking the time to review my RP. The bolded text was an experiment that I probably won't do again, and I will try to improve the tense. That's usually my weakest area in writing.

The sharp point is so you can get the knife in the meat to start with with as little hassle as possible. Obviously knives have to be sharp all around to avoid hacking the meat, so yeah, from point to bottom butchers knives have to be sharp.
