WZCW Discussion Thread

Cell had a few mini copies of himself, Cell Jr's, and Buu actually copied himself into a thousand Buu's when he was blown up by Vegeta. Buu saga was still my favourite.

Meh the Buu saga sucked, Cell saga was decent, now the Frieza and Saiyan sagas, those will forever be the best.

How can you say that the Buu saga sucked??? It was one of the greatest in all of Dragonball, Dragonball Z, and Dragonball GT. And the Frieza and Saiyan saga were good but nowhere near as good as the rest.

I enjoyed all of DBZ aside from the filler Great Saiyaman bollocks. Saiyan or Cell Saga was probably the best in my mind, but I think I enjoyed the entire Buu arc more. Freiza saga was good too but the fight between Freiza and SSJ Goku dragged badly.

I also strongly disliked Goku and Gohan throughout.

Because of how damn exaggerated it was. Cell saga was only good in the end, Frieza was pretty fun due to constant new villians showing up, Saiyans was pretty much the best.

But Barbosa would be a lot scarier if he were like SA-X.

Nemesis approves of this nerdy talk (let's see how many guys get this).

Shame another All Stars show doesn't seem to be in the cards, I wouldn't mind bringing over one of my other fed characters for a one off WZCW appearance just to see how they'd interact with some WZCW characters.

And all the transformations that he did. I was watching as a kid thinking, 'Frieza has another transformation?! Fuuuuuuuuuuuck!'

Say what you want about the the Buu Saga, this was one of my favorite moments in the entire DBZ series for me, but I'm also a die hard Vegeta fan.

But, can anything really top this?

I'll admit that the suggestion that Super Buu could destroy the universe simply by getting overly frustrated is more than little exaggerated.

The manga suggests that none of the DBZ characters are faster than light, or are anything beyond a planet buster. The anime makes it seem that anyone stronger than Cell is a universe buster.

The Ginyu Force was good for two things - as a tease for how powerful Goku had and would become and for demonstrating the continued futile ruthlessness of Vegeta
And the poses. Do not forget the poses.

I would of loved to see an evil Goku vs. the DBZ crew. I don't know how they would of set it up, but I bet it could of been epic.
Tree Of Might was the closest thing.

Makes you wonder what was the point of having so many God's around when none of them could do shit.

Except Goku and everyone else who can teleport. Which is by default faster than light.

I think one of the major errors that the idiots who spend time wanking out power level lists for sagas after Frieza make is assuming that as time passes each form gets significantly stronger as time passes, so base Goku in the Buu Saga would whoop base Goku from the Cell Games Saga's ass. I disagree with that. I think that once you reach the limits of a form. That's it, you can go no further. Base Goku circa Cell = Base Goku circa Buu. That's why the Saiyans (and Piccolo via fusion) had to keep pulling new forms out of their arses. Their old ones weren't enough, therefore they needed new ones with higher limits. But of course that's complete and utter wank. Would probably keep the numbers below the trillion mark though.
