Wow! So much to get through!

Firstly, I'd like to offer congratulations to Gordito for besting myself and Cruz tonight. Job well done, Dirty One. Bit disappointed that I took the pin but it's something else for Constantine to complain about, so that's good news for me.

Second of all, I love the new Elite Championship design. I've though since I was on Creative, that the belt needed freshened up and I'm glad that's done. It's going to be weird not writing that "X" at the end now though.

Next, it's amazing to see so many familiar faces back on board. Drake, Celeste (which I called) and Phoenix are amazing characters and people that I love to RP with. It's exciting for sure.

Lastly, big congrats to the writers, who did an amazing job of writing Meltdown and Ascension. No less than I'd expect though. Smashing shows.

I never felt deeply invested in Hiraku the same way I did Drake. I think it has something to do with being a heel. I just don't have it in me when it comes down to it. I like being the good guy. I also wasn't really sure where I was going with Hiraku long term. I would sit down to write and try to figure out what I was going to do, and eventually I'd just slag it out. Honestly if I hadn't had Kotre and Stark to bounce off of for all this time I have no idea what I would have done. Since writing my return RP I have about 10 ideas written down for Drake that I want to explore, which is so much better.
