I think Myles and Bateman are stale as authority figures, and the whole favouring heels thing is a bit overdone. I suggest a new authority figure, some gym teacher type who favours the more muscular characters regardless of their alignment because they bring in more revenue. Maybe you could call him Sylvester Fox?

Yeah, I was wondering why we've never seen any changes regarding backstage interviewers and commentators, as they seem to change around every few years in the real wrestling world.

While I would say that a change in "management" might be good, I think Phoenix, Ty and co deserve some credit for not overplaying the roles of Bateman and Myles as General Managers.

It has been a wrestling trend since the nWo and SCSA days that anyone in power should abuse their position for evil and while that can make for entertainment, it can get really old really fast.

I honestly can't differentiate Myles and Bateman at all. They don't seem to matter much to me.

This. We have god only known how many people on the roster right now in need of a serious program of some kind. I'd rather not see too much creative energy being invested into non-player, non-wrestler characters.
They're useful for advancing other people's stories, they're a handy deus ex machina whenever creative requires an out and they're useful for people to play off (I built a significant portion of my origin story off of my character's history with Bateman for example) in their roleplays. I see no advantage to changing, replacing or further involving them.
