Gelgarin, forgive my ignorance, but who is the guy that is Black Dragon's rep? I'm trying to figure out who it is as it's been bugging me.

It's Makoto Saito, better known as K-Ness, long time veteran working for Dragon Gate. When the company was in its infancy and still affiliated with Ultimo Dragon they ran a long term angle based on introducing and getting over Ultimo Dragon's protege, known as Dragon Kid.

To this end Saito (probably one of the most capable workers in the promotion) began working as Darkness Dragon, a take off of the Ultimo Dragon legacy. This led to an epic feud with Kid culminating in a 2/3 falls mask vs mask match that is will work checking out if you enjoy that kind of thing (Dragon Kid came out in an all white dragon outfit which I really want to find a picture of for potential use somewhere down the road).

Saito lost, discontinued the Darkness Dragon gimmick and began working as K-Ness.

Incidentally, Black Dragon does not wear that mask, otherwise he'd be Blue Dragon, and I think we can all agree that that'd be shit.

I've got my mind on how to tell a story through RP in unconventional ways, so any feedback is useful to help shape it. It's easy to think up changes, much harder to break habits and put them into effect.

Another question that I'm sure one of them will ask: are people in the competition allowed to vote?

Should have mentioned in the post, but no. Reason being is that the likelihood is that they will vote for themselves and as the unscripted element is that they have no control over their fate, they will not be able to vote.

I think the criteria for voting is open enough. It can be if you like the Rper in general, if you like their RP for a certain match, or if you just think they're most deserving.

I'm going to vote for who deserves it and the best overall RPer until only those who a truly worthy are left. Then I'm going to vote based on RPs.
