Getting Noticed By Management
1. Phatso I PM'd you regarding the situation. My apologizes sir, was trying to accommodate everyone.
2. I vehemently dislike my decisions being thrown out like you are trying to speak for me. If you have a problem with a decision I make, then PM me or my boss Phoenix and we will sort this out privately. This type of airing out grievances in public is not necessary and pisses me right the fuck off.
3. NO ONE speaks for me unless it's Phoenix, or one of the other guys speaking for all of Creative.
4. I am fairly lenient when it comes to extensions and deadlines. I understand people have real lives that can get in the way, trust me I'm looking at this weekend trying to figure out when I'm going to have time to help with the shows exactly with the benefit motorcycle run my parents put on on Saturday and celebrating my step daughter's Bday on Sunday. Just give me a heads up if you believe you'll have issues and I will accommodate you as best I can. For those of you that have a problem with a late extension, see points 6 and 2. Apparently I'm more forgiving and actually care that people have a life to contend with. Maybe I"m wrong with that, but it's something I strongly believe in. I am a family man myself and fully understand that some people may need extra time within reason to finish their RP.

6. Finally, once more if you have issues with something I or any other member of Creative has decided on, please PM me or Phoenix in regards to it. It is not necessary to bring it out in this thread because it won't do you one fucking iota of good and generally pisses me off. The Creative team are the decisions makers, with Phoenix and I the main guys who finalize decisions. We are the people to talk to in regards to issues within the fed.
