WZCW Discussion Thread

I am going to be very honest with you, Baller. I hope that you realise that I am doing it for your own good.

The second RP was not very good at all. It is too rushed and just clearly over the top heel. You have to be more strategic and you have to think about it a little more. The second one takes away from the first in a huge way. It is poorly worded and just doesn't make sense, to be honest. You should have PM'd one of us to let us read it over. If you want, I will delete it and you can re-evaluate things.

It's up to you.

No, I don't want to delete it if you are happy with it. A lot of work went into it and I will feel guilty if I do until you are perfectly sure.

Ok dokie.

I personally think that you can do better than this. I am going to delete it now and if you need help becoming a great Heel RP'er, look no further than myself or Ty. Hell, we are here to help you guys.

Ish we're not going to tell you how to write a perfect RP, that's hardly fair when 9 times out of 10 it's creative who's overlooked for feedback, if you can't even feedback shows. So if you ask we may help, may not.

Incidentally once an RP is submitted you can't delete it. You can edit minor details but you cannot delete it. That's why we give you 10 days.

Just to let you know, there will be some delay on feedback. Leeds Guy, I'll get to your's first before anything. I have a lot of work shifts this week and I am using any bit of spare time to do something I cannot mention in a WZCW thread.

It all goes to show that the second rp is not always a good idea

My RP is up...There's an editing error towards the beginning, but otherwise I think it's alright.

EDIT: With my limited internet time, I'll do feedback for feedback this week, and then I'll get back on the ball for the next round.

Karnage:
From the other feedback I've read, people think that it's a bad idea that I was such a big part of the RP. But I disagree, I think if you're going to use the loss at Lethal Lottery as an incentive for Karnage to become more ruthless than before, then go for it. Let Karnage become obsessed with losing to Blade, then make him use it to his advantage.

It seems as though Blade is the only one who got what I was trying to do. The point of continuity is to refer back and then look forward. Think how traumatic it would be for Karnage to lose to someone he mentored and more so than that, thought he was better than. It is a big bit for him and of course this isn't the end in terms of referencing. Blade will likely talk about getting the win over Karnage for a while and he should. The point of RP's are to develop your character and assume their personality. Well done on getting it, Blade.

If I had read it, I'd have gotten it too. I try to do that in all my RPs. I mention the important things that have happened, the important things that could happen, and what's going on at the moment.

Hell, I even threw in Showtime suing Steel over destroying the set.

Yeah, exactly.

I think you will find that the people who do the best RP'ing are the ones who get in touch with their characters the most. Like me, Steel, Titus, Bratchny, Ty, All of us are able to tap into what our characters would say and do and how one thing may hold the key to unlocking more potential character traits in the future.

Trevor Steel:I was talking to Titus, getting advice on how to work my way up the ladder, and he said I need to get in the heads of my opponent. If I win this league, it'll be me and Ty at Kingdom Come for that belt. I figured by taking a page out of his book, I'd have a better shot at understanding him.

Was that a spoiler alert or maybe a misprint. Frankie holds the Elite X, Ty's got NOTHING!!!!!

Like me, Steel, Titus, Bratchny, Ty... and especially Showtime, All of us are able to tap into what our characters would say and do and how one thing may hold the key to unlocking more potential character traits in the future.

There Dave. Fixed that little error. lol

FYI - I'm going to go leave feedback for you now :)

Oh boy, if I'm good at getting in touch with my character...I have serious mental issues....

Alright that doesn't sound so surprising upon further thought.
