How does creative decide who wins LL if most of the creative's characters are in the match

Creative Members aren't allowed to vote for themselves. So I can't vote for Big Dave to win, or Ty voting for Ty, but I can vote Karnage (for example) and he could win by four votes and he votes for me.

But in short, we'll poll our favourite RPs and whoever gets the most votes from all Creative Members will win the match

Now, I know the World Title is for the best singles characters, the Tag Titles are for Tag Teams and the Mayhem being the Weapons Defend Everytime Title... but what is the difference between the EurAsian and the Elite X? Are they assigned to different shows or are they different tiers?

MD has the eurasian and AS has the Elite X. They're the same as IC and US titles, it was because the roster had grown a lot and we had a lot of people who never got title opportunities hence why we brought the eurasian in.
