Woke up at 4am in tears with a horrible pain in my jaw. Couldn't open my mouth. Girlfriend takes me to the emergency room, all they tell me is too see a dentist, no pain meds no exams, nothing. Yet they still charge me. Call dentist, they tell me to come in tomorrow morning, as I likely have an abscess. So I gotta likely get a tooth pulled. All this with no form of health insurance.

. I had one once and my gums swollen bad. I noticed a small pimple near the edge of the swelling and jabbed it with a knife...it cut open and puss spilled out of it...it was horribly gross but it was a huge relief.
