WZCW Discussion Thread

Cricket, Football, Tennis, Badminton, Kushti.
Love Chess too.
You?

I am assuming soccer? :P

I'm a massive massive massive Australian Rules Football nutcase. Everything else comes second, but I'll watch anything and play most things that don't require me to learn crazy skills like figure skating while slapping plastic tuna cans.
I do loooooooove watching volleyball (not the beach kind though) and I'm literally god at Foosball, so if I were to sum up a long winded post made at 1AM, my fav 3 are AFL, Volleyball and Foosball.

Also guess who had a little visit with the shoulder dislocation fairy! Painkillers are fun! The boredom totally doesn't make you want to scroll through every post on the forums and write crap you can't post in this section because what you've got in mind requires you to be around on a consistent basis!

Well I freakin' forgot to mention Volleyball. Maybe because I played it a long ago before my accident. I just loved Volleyball. I was always in the centre near the net. Dropping and smashing the ball was just awesome.

By the way, how did shoulder dislocate? Are ya fine now? And when would you return to WZCW?

Painkillers are fun, Injections are better. ;) I got one a week ago as a nail ripped apart my arm skin.

"My accident" couldn't sound more ominous if you tried. Never played volleyball myself but might take it up for fun if it runs during summer in my country.

Good old Australian Football is how I dislocated it. I like to consider myself rather good at getting rid of fools who think they can take me down, but some lucky bastard got me right in the joint mid movement which knocked it weird and slammed me down on top of it so it popped out for a tiny bit. Should be fine soon enough (happened on Saturday) but I can't run at the moment because the bouncing hurts like crazy. Transferred to a new club near where I am and in my first game that happened haha I'm cursed.

Ill send in a return thing as soon as I have the ability to RP to the schedule. I don't want to put in a trash effort, third time's the charm they say.

Oooooo sounds tasty. Ripping is much much worse than cutting or slicing.

So I'm out of the loop, what's the ETA on the shows these days? I assume a week after deadline?

I dont mind being that guy.

I'll be the first to apologize for the delay this week. As Lee said, we are without Dave this round, FunKay had some personal stuff to take care of, and I left my job and had to find a new one fast, so it's been a hectic week. Also, not to make an excuse of it, but Sally's passing really took the wind out of our sails. I can't speak for anyone else, but it was hard to check in and see her goodbye thread.

Things are returning to normal, and we'll be back to 100% soon enough. Thanks for understanding, guys.

Take care, Buddy. Hope you would be fine soon. Return at WZCW and football should be awesome enough and wacky too ;)

Good news on the health front. I finally got my biopsy results back (after three weeks and three days) and I have LOW GRADE lulooosic (I can't remember the word my doc used) Lymphoma. I'll still need Chemo but it won't be so bad and I should make a good recovery.

As people know I embroider and an idea just popped into my head as I make my Father's day gifts.

If anyone's Character has a logo they would like to see embroidered PM it to me and I'll add it to my list. Same goes for show logos.

Great show....one question though.....

Earlier in the show, Eve Taylor and John Doe have an interaction and Eve gives Doe his mask back, Doe burns it. Later, Eve comes out for her match wearing Does mask.

After reading NSL's RP, I wasn't expecting to win, just hoping for a competitive match. And I got one. Kudos Dynamite, great show creative.

Since I wrote that segment, I'm assuming NSL gave it to someone, they plugged it into the show, and no-one told the person writing the Taylor/Constantine match what happened in the segment. These things do occur sometimes, especially with guest writers.

Also, no credit for the segment? PLAGIARISM!

I don't care, really.

Chuffed to have pulled out a win against someone as good as Dagger. Intrigued by that ending too.

Well I took a pretty big risk by trying something new I hadn't really done here before and writing from Tiffany's point of view, but if Creative liked it I'll give it another go next round. I have another idea I may try, one that won't deviate me from my story I'm planning for this cycle.
