Think one of the problems people can face is real life kicking in. Problem is a lot of the time when they do occur is that we're not told what's happening so we can't write them out fairly or give them time off and they subsequently get released because of it. Given we've seen a lot of people go in the past while, just for everyone's benefit (creative, yourself and the other guys) please keep us in the know if you have difficulty with RP posting or if something stops you from participating for a while.

Coming from me personally, everyone is all as important as each other and losing a member/not rping is always a sad to me because we're all in the same boat and WZCW can't survive without you guys as a whole.
