I've never played, but I'd guess "Lawful Evil" is like an excused evil. Like, you're evil, but it's okay, because your enemy killed your dog or something.

Or I'm wrong. I'm more of a geek, than a nerd, so I'm not sure if the term is translating correctly

I've never played, but I'd guess "Lawful Evil" is like an excused evil. Like, you're evil, but it's okay, because your enemy killed your dog or something.

The most famous example (to our generation anyway) of Lawful Evil is Darth Vader. Clearly evil, but still acting more or less within the structures of the law. Logan wants to provide for his kid and act in the right way as a father, but he's still an evil character. That's how you got ranked that way.

Neutral alignments can go either lawful or chaotic. Chaotic Neutral is like Jack Sparrow. You're in it for yourself and don't operate within the law, whether for good or for bad ultimately. Lawful neutral still follows the law, but may be a heel or a face. Neutral good will do anything, lawful or not, to do what they feel is right. Neutral Evil will do anything, lawful or chaotic, to get what they want.

Chaotic alignments go outside the law in their actions. Chaotic Good is like Robin Hood. Good intentions, but not necessarily the most favorable actions in everybody's eyes. Chaotic Evil is like The Joker. So evil that you can never trust them and it could be impossible to predict their next sinister action.

I agree with your ranking 100% If Logan didn't have Hayden, he'd easily be chaotic evil.

Heels all fall under one of the three evil alignments unless they are about to turn, and even then they'd be neutral until they complete the turn.... sorry Eve

Next one will be a year. I did the previous one right after last year's Lethal Lottery, so I thought of doing it as an annual thing.
