Jigglypuff.
That is all.
I recently watched two friends play Smash Bros 64 and one actually whooped a lot of ass with Jigglypuff.
The other guy must have been terrible then.
Probably, but a good use of items and that overpowered putting you to sleep move he has just may get the job done on that very limited roster of characters.
Anyone can win with a good use of items....
There's a reason "Final Destination, No Items" was the ultimate final match stipulation of tournaments for so many years in the series.
Thankfully we just play to have fun.
I'd love to see WZCW Stars paired up with their SSB equivalent. Some decent Magazine material right there.

Because people don't like fun and miss the point of the game. It's like playing Mario Kart and having no items, what's the point?
I like having the items on, don't get me wrong. I just get angry at the people who claim they are better than someone, when they only won due to the item. When you need a legitimate duel of seeing who is better, items off. If you're playing just for fun, then yes keep the items on. Frantic Mode in Mario Kart is far more fun than No Items. My point is the guy who knows where all the spots to use a mid-air boost is better at the game than the guy who just happened to get a Lightning item 3/4 into the race.
The guy who "dominated" at Smash Bros in Dynamite's story wasn't necessarily better or good with Jigglypuff if said domination was only due to the items.

The only 2 N64 games I consider myself to really be an expert in are Super Mario and Mario Kart, because I know how to do all the glitches and crazy short cuts. Whenever my friends play with me they describe the items as "socialism." Especially since I know tricks that will give me 8th place items while in 1st on some levels. In Mario Kart Wii, those crazy glitches don't exist and no matter how good you are [I personally have a 2 star ranking] the items can easily fuck you over. Therefore I refer to the MKW system as a "dictatorship." It's more luck than skill.

As proud as I was over my last RP, I am doubly proud of this one. I'm really getting the story right in my head, on where I want to go (as well as where I want it to have been, since there's a lot of history to unfold). I don't know if it's enough to win, but I'm confident enough that it will get John Doe a good showing in the match, as long as I don't draw in the first third.
